"An effective tool for automating appointment scheduling"

What do you like best about Engageware?

TimeTrade allows us to schedule new appointments without the need to speak to anyone. When appointees cancel their appointments online, the TimeTrade system will automatically re-open their scheduled date and time. The account management page is easy to use and gives us many options for adding titles, descriptions and other content to our online appointment pages. The TimeTrade code embeds neatly into our website and allows users to interact with the scheduler in a streamlined way. They don't ever have to leave our website. What do you dislike about Engageware?

We has some problems customizing some of the features like the scheduler's welcome page. We found that page to be an unnecessary obstacle to scheduling an appointment and it took a while to figure out how to remove it. There also aren't many customization options if you really want to refine the look of the scheduler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Engageware:

If you want to take the fuss out of appointment scheduling, I'd recommend TimeTrade as an efficient tool for helping you automate your appointment scheduling online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?

TimeTrade has been an effective platform for scheduling and managing appointments. We can sync our computer and phone calendars with TimeTrade to help make sure it stays up to date with our daily schedule changes outside of TimeTrade. TimeTrade has really helped to reduce the amount of time it takes to schedule meetings and gives leads a pressure-free way of scheduling an appointment. It also allows them to schedule more quickly, since they can browse our website and see our availability in a real-time calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great automated scheduling solution"

What do you like best about Engageware?

TimeTrade is easy to use and allows me to automated the process of scheduling appointments. The calendar interface makes it easy to organize my weekly and monthly outlook. Being able to integrate iContact with TimeTrade is a very convenient feature. We can write details about appointments and leave automated verification email messages for appointees. I also like that people can cancel appointments through the email they receive and it is automatically updated in my TimeTrade account. The cancelled appointment them becomes available again. What do you dislike about Engageware?

It can sometimes be complicated setting things up with external software. I had some problems getting TimeTrade to sync with iContact and I had to ask a web specialist to help my figure it out with TimeTrade. I can sometimes be hard to located different sections I want to update. Different parts of the TimeTrade scheduler have different information that looks the same, so it can sometimes take a while to track down the different sections in my account. Recommendations to others considering Engageware:

If you schedule many appointments, this is a great tool that can take the hassle out of appointments. I think some leads may find it intimidating to call since they risk being on the phone for a while listening to some extended sales pitch, so I think the online method is more streamlined and preferable for many leads. What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?

TimeTrade has saved me time from having to take calls or write and respond to emails for appointments. The system makes it easy to manage appointments. I'm able to schedule more appointments and generate more business. I feel like the software makes things more convenient for appointees and gives my business a more professional and modern image. What do you like best about Engageware?

I like that TimeTrade can work with seamlessly with third-party software like CRM platforms and calendar apps. The sign up process takes just a few minutes and the instructions for getting things installed and running are generally very straightforward. There are lots of tutorial articles to help walk us through various integrations and setups. It's great that TimeTrade allows us to not only add manual dates and times, it can also pick up available times from my iCal app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engageware?

Though the basic functionality of setting up available appointment times and confirmation messages is simple, getting TimeTrade to integrate with a CRM like Infusionsoft can be very confusing. We needed to purchase and separate extension from Infusionsoft's marketplace in order to get TimeTrade to work with our Infusionsoft account. There are also times when our campaigns would make function calls to TimeTrade where it didn't register. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Engageware:

I'd recommend TimeTrade for those that have lots of potential appointments and want to minimize the resources it takes to manage appointments. When we first starting using TimeTrade, there would be a welcome screen that was somewhat intrusive and unnecessary. Some people got confused by it since they had to click a button towards the bottom to go to the actual scheduling page. You should note that the welcome page can be disabled and should provide for a smoother experience for your site visitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Engageware solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used TimeTrade to set up appointments online in an automated fashion. Each department can access their TimeTrade account and update appointments and event information on their own. It's very easy to train new staff members to use TimeTrade. The basic functionality and settings are intuitive and work well with common calendar apps.
