I was a TimeTrade customer for many years, and then the company became Engageware. I stuck with the service because I liked the price, and the initial setup was very easy as well. I was able to use Engageware to provide a single link for my clients and colleagues to easily schedule with me. I like the fact that you can have customers book different types of meetings on your calendar. Also, it really gives you the control to decide days/times that they can book appointments with you. I have had multiple customer use it during email campaigns and I didn't have to do any work in getting meetings set up with customers. I think that it does streamline the meeting set up process and can work for customers and potential customers as well. Whether you are an account manager or a sales person, you can benefit from adding the TimeTrade links into your email signature or by sending it out to customers or potential customers. I integration with the different types of calendars that people use is great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Engageware? When a customer is booking time on the calendar, what they see looks antiquated. I've had people say they refuse to use it because they don't know if it's working right. Also, the set up process is confusing and we've had multiple people set up things incorrectly and there aren't good instructions that can help you customize this for your business. I've used other calendar systems in the past and honestly this falls short of the best calendar booking service but it does do the bare minimum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Engageware: Make it look more modern and fun to use. I've used them you for a year and a half and have not seen ANY significant improvements being completed. The problems that are being solved are, too much time to create meeting invites, people can book time on your calendar without interacting with you and people can book time for many different reasons. The round-robin aspect does not work the way it should. It picks one person for that date and only shows those available times. It sounds like you’re looking for Pooled Resources which is available in our Enterprise and Scheduler for Salesforce deployments. Round Robin (for Business Plus Edition) evenly distributes appointments over a team by choosing the next person in the round-robin user group and displaying their time availability. This ensures even distribution of appointments across the round-robin team. You can even add advanced routing rules that check to make sure the next person available has a specified number of available times over a set number of days. This is great if employees go on vacation so you won’t show a calendar that has no availability in the near future. If you’re looking to display everyone’s availability in a group, you should check out our Enterprise or Scheduler for Salesforce deployments. Simple online calendar interface that integrates with your mail calendar so that outside parties can see your availability and pick a time which automatically creates an calendar appointment for you both. It sucks if you have multiple mail accounts (& Calendars), because there is no ability to specify which account (calendar) it should be scheduling for. I have 2 personal email accounts and a work account and it kept scheduling for the personal, even though the work was the default account in outlook. Finally had to dedicate a computer to JUST the work account to run the TimeTrade Outlook Connector on so that it would properly schedule on the correct calendar. It is cumbersome to manage from the backend - nearly impossible for me to find my calls and cancel them if the customer needs to cancel, so the time comes back on my calendar. If the call gets deleted from my outlook, I've had the hardest time trying to track down the call on the admin side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
