I gave some constructive feedback about the feedback section within the old portal. However, since then the end-users flexibility in terms of feedback has been improved. **Recommendations to others considering EngageTech:** Go for it. The team released a new portal and listenend to our ideas and improvements whilst using the portal, overall customer experience has been great. **What do you dislike about EngageTech?** There was a bit of getting used to the new portal, but they have since made it easier to use. **What problems is EngageTech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increasing the number of leads and connection rates has lead to a greater number of opportunities. ### 6.
