Sometimes due to technical glitch or heavy traffic of users , the courses will not resume from where it stopped and thus will have to repeat the course from beginning and this could sometime waste the time of the users. The system to create goals is a little un-intuitive at first — there is definitely a learning curve for creating goals, checking into them, setting up notifications, etc. It can feel very overwhelmng at first and if not carefully introduced, I think this creates a high potential of employee distrust from the beginning.
