**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

It's a centralized hub for employees to find any news about the company and also allows you to network with everyone as you would on social media, and recognize/praise colleagues for their hard work. I love that I can track my goals and performance there as well.

There is nothing that i dislike about it.

No problems necessarily, but all of the benefits I've mentioned above.

I like how it's easy to align individual OKRs with the rest of the company. I think it is vital for every organization to make sure this is true.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Clunky interface. I really dislike the UX when pages have to reload every time you submit a form.

Engagedly helps sovle ambiguity among employees. It's addressing this need without the need for constant alignment meetings.

Manager to peers review, add notes, future plans, provide ratings based on manager overall remaks to every employees, etc. Quarterly ratings can be easily accessed and manageable as per the company's OKS.

No dislikes as such for Engagedly. Everything is upto the mark.

**Recommendations to others considering Engagedly:**

Engagedly is one of the best Employee Assessment tool as far as I know. It covers almost every feature which is needed in any industry for providing the ratings and reviews to their employees. Quaterly reviews are carried out in our organization where managers provide ovarall remarks to all of his emploees. Hence, Can't find any flaws in engagedly.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The review/rating process to all employees given by managers is easy to access and maintainable for lifelong. We can add our future goals which can be accessed by our managers. The pending actions can be easily viewed on the engagedly dashboard to each and every employees. My team, my organisation directory can be easily accessed from the side navigation bar on the dashboard.

This was a great tool to keep us up to date using for 1 on 1's, accountability, and annuals.

So far there is nothing that I have disliked yet. They also keep up with updates and sometimes during the day. More of an annoyance than anything, but at least they let you know when they need to do it.

This helps us to stay on track with associates work progress, idea's, and projects. This has definitely helped us to stay on task and accountability along with being aligned with department goals. This has definitely helped with annuals as well.

Serves multiple purposes--feedback, multi-rater, and assigning training courses

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

The multi-rater is not a robust 360 like other platforms and the reports are not customizable.  It does not function as an LMS.

We wanted to consolidate our feedback system into a single platform. We enjoyed the single point of access but we missed out on other features.

The system works well and feeds directly over from ADP. When we have needed support, the team has been great.

I wish it had more robust reporting and graphs that were exportable. The organizational chart is really nice but also does not export.

I love the best is their customer support.  So even if their platform is still evolving and growing, what keeps me very happy is their very fast turn around time in resolving issues and concerns.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Would say dislike, but more on wish list.  Hope the site can be more customizable.  For example, for the 9 box grid, they already have a pre-set of questions that we can't edit to match our culture.  That's just one example.

Biggest value we get from Engagedly is their OKR platform and Performance Review platform.

I think we can add data validation in the Surveys module.

1. We are running our Performance Assessment cycle here and the system has helped us to do the same with a great level of accuracy with a simple UI.
2. Surveys are also assigned to the employees through Engagedly only which helps us in saving a lot of crucial time.
3. Trainings are also managed on the tool only.

A+ tool for recognition and communication, overall good goal setting and performance review process. Very easy to create training courses.

Goal setting. Our employees are on track and know what the expectations are regarding their performance. The system also serves as a great internal communication platform, and is frequently utilized to recognize one another for a job well done.

Some times it is hard to find where certain things are that you are supposed to review. For instance, I had a hard time finding my self review.

We use engagedly to solve problems with our peers anonymously and we have found that it does help people realize what they need to work on.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

Goal setting is one of their best features. It allows you to set and weigh your goals and come back in to modify them throughout the year. Our reviews happen twice a year, so keeping them updated makes it easier than just working on it when it's review time.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

It isn't super user friendly. We had a tutorial by HR and still my co-workers had issues with it. The weighing portion is nice, especially when you have financial goals, but people were confused over how things should be weighted and kept within the site. Perhaps a better tutorial or more education could fix this issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Engagedly:**

While I don't know a lot about similar products on the market, Engagedly is a step above what we were using previously. It keeps our reviews in order and makes sure they are completed on time, with email alerts. Engagedly also helps your team connect better with employees. We are a remote staff and their platform shows off employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and places for collaboration.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly has allowed us to keep all of our goals together and be able to go back and review them from years prior. We were using Word docs with copy and paste from previous documents and it was just getting messy. Making the move to Engagedly gave my organization the skills we needed to stay organized and on track through out the year.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

1. Intuitive - The system is very easy to understand and use.  I being a Systems Manager, whenever I do a system training to my users almost every get it instantly. It's so simple that anyone can start using from the first login. Engagedly is a complete system for an organization when it comes to talent management/performance. We recently used Multirater feature and it's big problem solver for our use case. 

2. Approachable - The team is 100% approachable - at any time! On multiple occasions, they  extended their support beyond our expectations.  I'm thankful and happy to be associated with Engagedly team. Particularly, Chandan Behera - To be honest, I don’t know how he manage to do such a good job every single time. Very well done! He's a star!

Nothing at this time. Engagedly solves our purpose.

Our Talent Management recently launched succession planning initiatives. Multirater feature in Engagedly made the initiative a big win for the team.

I enjoy many features.  All of the feedback features, the OKR's and Performance work and our integration with our LMS make using the tool very easy!  The customer service is also top notch!

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

The reporting function is not the best - we want to be able to measure performance and progress against goals, and feel this area and the sections of the tool that are conducive to reporting and dashboard content needs to be more accurate and useful. The integration with Monday.com or Confluence or other goal tracking software could be easier.  We haven't mastered this yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Engagedly:**

Be thorough about what you need and what the tool can deliver, as with any software purchase.  To use the tool fully requires updating the team frequently.  Great tool - takes someone to grow it each day or week - it isn't an 'implement and forget it' tool like some other HR systems.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to grow our business with Engagedly - We use it as our internal social media platform - and for group sharing.  The problems that we face are mostly around reporting out - the look and feel of the reports, what can be captured, etc.  We would also like to know how many users we have on a certain day, and what they are looking at - how are they using the tool.  There isn't an analysis for this.

I love that we have a place for giving shout outs to staff, praising one another's accomplishments, and (eventually I think we're going to get there) actually offering tangible rewards from the store once we get it set up. Our reviews/feedback system is tied directly to ADP and it allows us to see and track completion of monthly feedback.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

The user interface is not intuitive and it is somewhat limited in that everything is set up based on the org structure of ADP. As a supervisor that shares supervising duties for our front-line staff it has been somewhat frustrating for me as I cannot see the multi-rater dashboard for the staff. ADP requires that only one person be the supervisor and so that person is the only one that can see/monitor that. The "social" aspects are nice but again aren't intuitive. We have issues with people posting to the main "feed" that everyone sees when they meant to post it to a small group. Hopefully with our feedback they will be making changes and updates because it really is a unique platform and has so much potential.

Using the tracker for feedback forms as well as it gives a way to see coworkers' birthdays upcoming and give them a little shout-out as a group. It has helped with sharing company news and individual staff accomplishments to boost morale.

The ease of the system for all users is wonderful.  The power of the system and all of its features are all useful!  The price and what you get is second to none.  We love it.

The system needs a better way to have dual reviewers.

The compliance rate of managers completing reviews.  It also aided in the long-term data process of the reviews and seeing progress year over year.

The Goals functionality is in-depth and allows me to customize how I manage performance goals with my team. I haven't used any other tool that allows me to do that as well as the one in Engagedly.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

I've found that I don't get notifications for things I would expect to: team members completed Multi-rater surveys, or updating goals for example.

**Recommendations to others considering Engagedly:**

I'd recommend it (though I confess to not knowing how it's pricing compares with other vendors). Quite easy to use and provides a wealth of features around HR, performance management, and employee engagement

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're better able to formalize the planning and monitoring of the yearly goals I set for my team. Without Engagedly, this would be done via emails and would be much more difficult to keep track of.

Being able to connect with different teams in the company with survey's, private groups, praises etc is great. Especially in these current times where most are remote due to the pandemic, Engagedly has made this communication much easier.

Entire PMS Module, Gamification and Survey feature

Learning piece as it's very basic right now - can be improved. 

In PMS module apart from measuring OKRs via % and quantity- there has to be other options to quantify OKRs.

**Recommendations to others considering Engagedly:**

I would recommend other multinationals to consider Engagedly as a performance management tool.  It's a great product with a fantastic customer support team.

It also helps in engaging employees with Gamification feature and makes it easy to check employees pulse via unlimited surveys.

Our company has used engagedly for over two years. engagedly is an excellent way to track employee goals and performance. It allows you to enter multiple goals and provides a way to track performance.

We have not found anything bad with it. Our company tracks over 700 employees using this tool.

Our company uses this to solve the problem of tracking our employee's goals and measuring employee performance. It allows both the manager and the employee access to review the information.

out of 30 systems i have reviewed before choosing Engagedly, it is The One which had both performance, talent and org chart displaying the org structure in different ways.
Multirator is a useful tool too

UI is not as straight forward as I have hoped for - for slow adapters like us it's a stopper sometimes.
No integration with Slack
OKR's are only individuals

The performance review was really neat because both employee and boss can discuss their thoughts through thought-provoking prompts that can align both sides.

The layout is also simple to use and effective at communicating what is important. The gamification of many metrics and artful display make the site neat to use.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

The Praise Wall is somewhat hidden and for a newer team on Engagedly, not as used as it could be.

It falls behind other apps when it comes to team communication since we are a smaller team. May be easier for bigger team to gravitate towards the functionality. We still end up using Teams, LinkedIn, or other messaging to apps to congratulate folks or wish a happy birthday.

We are able to view our progress as an organization and individual with clear objectives and result tracking capabilities. This allows us to grow in all facets and focus on what is most important to reach our goals. Also, being able to connect virtually with these important data is essential during our current pandemic.

Engagedly provides an easy way to communicate with the entire company or with a private group.  It encourages diverse conversations, fun challenges, knowledge checks and enables each employee to map out their personal and corporate goals while allowing easy touch points with managers.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Posting the first time was not very intuitive. The board did not display well and I had to ask a teammate "HOW" do we post?  I also wish one were able to add a simple emoji to a post comment.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly has resolved the confusion over where to go for updates on COVID-19 information,  business instructions, process changes, business directives and more.  It has eliminated unnecessary emails.  Keeping track of personal and corporate goals is made easy and one-on-one conversations with our supervisors is a snap. Tracking our goal progress, verifying company organization charts, creating and joining public and private groups; engaging with peers and management . . . it is all made easy with Engagedly.

I think the need to use two different modules if you want to do 360 reviews is frustrating. I wish Performance and Multirater were one section.

LMS, Surveys, Goals and Performance reviews - all with great customization options. The rewards system is interesting as well.

The platform often lags and videos on the LMS occasionally don't want to buffer, making then unwatchable. The system also has its bugs from time to time, but those get fixed up within a week most times.

We needed an "all-in-one" platform that can do performance reviews and has an LMS and Engagedly fit perfectly. We also wanted to be able to set goals and then incorporate that within the performance reviews, which Engagedly was able to offer as well.
