**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

Engagedly assists me in reviewing all of my assignments, courses, and KRA while also providing me with a deadline for completion. To improve my competencies, it also offers introductory courses. It displays my performance thus far, my unfinished work, and the completion percentage. Along with the explanation, it also has a nine-box rating.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

As a new employee, I had trouble using its functions; it should be made more user-friendly. I think it would be great if pop-up notifications could be adjusted to appear right on the working screen, as my work culture caused me to miss a lot of emails. Moreover, some of the most required courses are fee-based.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can keep track of the goals set for me throughout my employement.  It provides resources for me to learn in my own time that aid in my career progression. It also enables me to advance professionally by soliciting feedback and recognition from US teams and my coworkers.

What I like the most is we can post updates, greetings, wins and reward fellow employees as everyone deserves more than just a pat on the their backs. Engagedly is the best tool that any company should invest on

Nothing really every tool in this platform is very effective, rewarding fellow workers, posting updates, setting up organizational goals and more! Maybe increase goal incrementals.

Solving the diversity and not putting a wall to each and everyone that deserves a praise and motivation to work hard and letting them know they are doing a great job

It is in one platform we can get training materials and other resources like HR policies, also we can track our performance, ask for feedbacks give shoutouts to our colleagues

The only thing I dislike about engagedly is it is not easy to navigate we have to go through some pages. filter panel also sometimes doesn't open while filtering something in the shoutouts page

Engagedly is helping me to grow professionally by asking feedback and recognition from US teams and from my colleagues, it works as an acknowledgement to my career which can be share in other platforms like LinkedIn

Easy to use.  Extremely user friendly. 10 out of 10

There isn't anything that I don't like. Except forcing me to write more than I needed or planned to.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to see what department each employee works in as well as their title.  This comes in handy working in IT and dealing with PC replacements.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

Engagedly has features like praising an individual and sharing feedback with your co-workers and they have a quarterly check-in system to keep a track of how a person is performing throughout the quarter, we can also set up our goals and can make progress to align with our performance. They also have training materials that are very helpful for an individual to learn different things on a single platform. Also, it has a user-friendly interface and dashboards that are useful.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

In Engagedly we can create goals and but their goal-creating and progressing is a little bit complicated but it helps an individual in their performance tracking. Also, They have different tabs which for the features which are are similar so that can also be confusing sometime.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly has goal setting, quarterly check-ins, shout-outs, and Training materials. So it is an all-in-one platform for our organization to keep track of the overall performance of the employees. HR can also get all the information about all the employees, seniors leads on a single platform.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

Engagedly helps me review all my assigned tasks, courses and KRA and simultaneously indicates to me their deadline for completion. It also has introductory courses to enhance my skills. It shows my performance to date and what is pending, along with the completion percentage. It also has nine box rating inclusive along with the explanation.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

We are working on raw data collection and aligning the data for easy access. So we need to learn Data Analytics courses to scrutinize the data. These courses are paid versions. Also, being below the Team Lead level, we cannot see others performance as compared to ours.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It notifies me if any new course, training or KRA metric is assigned to me. Also, it shows the deadline for the completion. I can log in anytime to start the course, but the important part is that I don't have to start from scratch. It saves my learning & work. I can also share the feedback with my peers and praise them for their excellent work.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

I like the UI and the ease of navigation. It was a platform that was easy to navigate, and one didn't need much training to work with the tool. It was customisable, and as a super user, you could work with the platform with ease. I have to mention the excellent support provided by the CS team on ad hoc requests that came up.

It could have evolved to be so much better with the continuous client feedback for the product.

It solved the very cumbersome process of promotion feedback from peers

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

The Most Liked thing about Engagedly is its Dashboard & user interface, It's so user-friendly that it does not take much effort to use it. Also, it covers all the aspects which we use every day.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

There is nothing much I can tell about but as we say "no one is perfect". There is always a scope for improvement. So I suggest that anyone can set a pop-up notification directly on your working screen that would be wonderful, as I missed so many emails due to my work culture.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me a platform where I can fill my goals & keep track of it, which definitely uplifts my career in many ways. Also, there is a facility for providing feedback & learning through which we can upgrade ourselves.
There is also the facility of Check-inns which is fantastic & I use it on a quarterly basis.

1) Application has one point missing which I have noticed is Sometimes application gets Lags and takes more time when action is being performed

The social media wall is like facebook and seems dated. The younger generation seems more attached to images than text.

Sometimes it does not work, and many bugs make people question if they are doing the right thing.

Rima! Great person and a great account manager. Engagedly is highly customizable and provides all necessary features.

- UX/UI - customizable but very complicated to use (e.g., setting up 360 reviews with all the dates and information)
- Reporting - there is no option for simple and out of the box reporting data (monthly/yearly)

the praise post are the best no body gets unnoticed on this platform as it takes care of every performance and gives every single update about one self and it provides self learning as well as the self competitions by setting up goals for our own

There less things that can be changed as it should provide the platform to keep all the data, as well as time to the site, should get upgraded for better viewing and working experience

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

I really love that this product allows for a quick view of each team member. As a leader, I can make notes on performance and interactions. I can create goals and push them out to my team for real-time tracking. In addition, others in the company can make notes and provide feedback about my team members as well. 

Another feature that is helpful is the built-in LMS module. It's not perfect as it's still in early stages, but it works and makes everything so easy to track in one place. We've built out a library of courses for onboarding and new hire training and it's been great. 

Finally - SUPPORT! Support is responsive and quick to resolve bugs and issues we come across. We haven't had many issues or bugs but the couple we have found were fixed withing days (one bug was fixed within the hour).

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

There are some things that you really need to drill down to get to. This isn't a big deal once you learn the interface but it can be a bit frustrating at first. 

Can't wait for further build-out of the LMS.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly allows for a full view of team members in one place. No more spreadsheets or word docs to keep track of goals, performance notes, reviews. It's all in one place now!

Entering fields and adding new users is easy to do. The whole site is fairly user friendly and I can make edits easily as well.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

There is no option for secondary managers to make edits to employee goals. Just a few functionality things could be improved.

Engagedly makes employee information presentable and easy to access. The export process is great and the data is easy to work with on Excel.

Engagedly provides a complete solution to implement a gamified reward system while including essential modules to manage learning programs, feedback, surveys, and performance management.
Additionally, the company provides outstanding service to help you prepare before launching the tool, and they offer stellar user support.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Overall, I haven't found significant issues I dislike about Engagedly. If anything, I'd like to get a quicker update to the Spanish version of the platform, but overall I don't have any major complaints.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly helps to promote peer-to-peer feedback while supporting several ongoing processes that are very important, like 360 and performance reviews. Additionally, we value its capability to support OKRs. Having an LMS was important to us as well, because we can keep several HR processes under the same platform.

Engagedly helps me to track my performance throughout the year. The upside is the learning section, where I can track the course I'm interested in. Also, the social part is where I can see my collogue grow in a professional environment.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

I wouldn't say I like the part where the simplicity is missing, and it gives me a hard time finding the things I was looking for. Though I understand the platform is growing. A simple hamburger menu will do, or there could be different layouts to understand the platform quickly.

Engagedly helps me to complete quarterly as well as yearly Check-Ins processes quickly. I like the feedback section where I can get praise for my excellent performance.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

It's got all the materials required for company-specific training and analysis of our and our team's performance with detailed metrics. It also has constant reminders directly to our company Gmail ID. The support team is also very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

The interface can get a bit difficult to get through the first time. There are a lot of features that would be difficult to maneuver for a new employee. Some skill-based courses are paid. Some parts can be improved to make the software experience smooth.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier software that we used to have was a bit clunky. There weren't a lot of features in the earlier one + it used to lag a lot. Engagedly has an in-built performance rating system that helps a lot.

Learning new things that will help in my career growth as well as improve the skills I have in a way that is beneficial to both the company and me. The platform itself is really user friendly and easy to use.

There are no downsides as it helps in being more efficient with work, but the platform can improve with navigating within the courses itself as it can be a bit tedious to navigate.

The fundamental problem Engagedly solves is getting stuck with a particular task as sometimes, while multitasking, one tends to forget small things as well and using Engagedly helps solve that as it is easy to go back and relearn things.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

I feel it is well laid out overall.  The content has been fairly easy to access. I like that it has a running list of pending modules/trainings.  It is easy to share and request feedback across functions.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Overview is in 2 locations and I find it confusing to note which tab I am in due to this.  Also, when I take a specific learning path and finish a course, it doesn't automatically take me back to the pathway.  I have to re-search it under the learning tab again.  When inside a module we have quizzes, I wouldn't say I like that it keeps track of my failures because it is a learning module for a reason.

I use to it learn new business processes relevant to my role.I like pre-made learning pathways that help me put the pieces together.  I walk away with a better working knowledge of our products to better help my clients.

Engagedly is a nice platform for us to provide a feedback about our colleages, managers and everyone else at Coupa. We provide our self reviews through engagedly and I must say that is a very helpful tool.

There are no downsides about Engagedly. I feel its a nice platform for us to provide feedback and be productive in our reviews. I feel, ifyou can make some changes to user interface, it would be great. A modern looking user interface is always welcome.

There are not that many specific calculations for the performance. And if we need to update the command it gets deleted quickly which should not be an option once filled.

The experience overall is great. It's very easy to create goals, fill out the check-in, to give reviews to the employees reporting to me!
We have our own Numerater university on engagedly where we have access to courses which helps in overall strengthening of the team.

The only thing I dislike about engagedly is that some of the very important courses are paid.

The quarterly check-in is completely now painless!

I dislike the section about setting up goals every year. I find it a little complicated. we are only setting up the goal and we have the option to complete the goal into the system whether we have achieved that goal or not in reality.

I think this is social software along with personal development software because it has lots of options with which we can be aware of happenings about my company and my colleagues. With this software, we can check our appraisals, or what are shortcomings are, and all of them are kept between the manager and the employee. If any surveys need to be filled this software the options as well. This was my first experience with the software and it is quite easy to go for as it pops out notification where the action is required.

On the homepage, you get to know about various people's birthdays and that is quite helpful in wishing them and I think I like that part the most.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

There is nothing to dislike here but the interface is a bit dull. And then there are two many options that are similar in nature and have been differentiated that look very confusing on the right side of the Dashboard. Although an update to this would fix this. If dark mode would be there then it would not put a strain on the eyes.

It is easy to use software for the corporate and one is able to look easily for any queries.

Problems that engagedly is solving are mostly in the Human Resource domain as it provides you with all the information about the employee itself and their peers and seniors. One has the access to every review submitted for him, any appraisal letters or review or the goals st y the manager is shown here and is given a date that provides an employee to work for it.
I feel that if the attendance feature is also added to this tool there wont be a requirement for any other application as this application is sufficient.

The format and user interface are very easy to use. The website's organization has been formatted for our company objectives, and check-ins, shout-outs, and other functions have been easy to access and review. I have also been impressed at how our company's growth/learning tracks have been integrated into the site. It makes a world of difference to have your goals, your achievements, and all that you have learned in one place.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Some functions are a little clunky to maneuver or seem overly tedious to work through. For example, there may be a bug to filter the "praise wall" by location because it never loads when you choose an office site. Also, it would be nice to filter the Praise Wall not only by location but by month. As someone who leads a team, I would like to review what my group has done in the past month. Instead, I have to scroll through the latest additions to the praise wall, which could take some time to do. Weighing goals is too manual. Some aspects of that should be calculated automatically based on what kind of percentage or number you set. More automation for that kind of task is preferred.

Engagedly has been an excellent platform to integrate business objectives with tangible individual goals. It is easy to set goals and document how you have accomplished them. The platform integrates educational resources we had kept on a separate part of our employee portal. Now with Engagedly, we can do everything in one place, keep our goals organized, and document each other's accomplishments. It makes a world of difference to have employee goals, resources, and achievements in one user-friendly platform.
