**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

The goal tracking module is super easy to use and a great way to track your goals visably. It's great that permissions can be set to share your goals with specific managers, and have them work with you on them. It keeps everyone honest and helps managers and staff both track staff's development.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

It would be nice if the "rewards" system could tie to our swag site so we could reward swag dollars, rather than dollars for other vendors gift cards.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our review process has been greatly improved by using it, it's wonderful that everything is in one place. We also always know when someone has a birthday or anniversary now!

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

i do like the fact that it houses our performance reviews and our learning library all in one. not having two systems for one is great. I do also like that it brings in goal progress and feedback view automaticallly in the check-ins section for ease of view when writing the manager section of the perf. review

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

honestly, the UI reads like someone whose second language is English wrote it. there are areas that are unnecessarily verbose and sometimes finding the "team view" is hard compared to self. the search function could also be improved. lastly marissa (their ai assistant) was largely unhelpful in trying to write reviews.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

Has a lot of great features that are essential for performance management. In addition, they also provide very helpful additional models such as rewards and recognition as well as learning tools.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

I think there's some missing features such as a deep slack integration, but they've been very receptive to adding new features and a large roadmap that they want to do.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to consolidate all the information around Employee Performance to help streamline our performance management process. In addition it provides a lot of support for engagement and recognition which helps immensely with retention.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

Engedly has helped streamline feedback, performance reviews, and individual and team progress. We really like the ability to manage visibility and workflows in every step of the process. In addition there is a lot of customizability to fit our needs. The added features of a learning library, engagement survey are great too!

Their support staff really helped us through our onboarding and made sure we were successful in our first rounds of reviews.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

We'd definitely would like to see even more customizability, especially in naming conventions and employee information displayed. They are always open to feedback and constantly sending out updates on new features.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly has helped us successfully launch Performance Management in a manageable and consistent way. Our employees see are able to use the platform without much outside help.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

The software is highly intuitive and has an appealing interface. I particularly admire the well-designed Feedback tool, which offers users a high degree of flexibility in giving and receiving feedback. Additionally, I value the various dashboards throughout the site, as they enable effortless and rapid progress monitoring in different areas of the system.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

It's challenging to make a direct comparison, but I desire the availability of a mobile app version for convenience. However, I appreciate that the software is not overly complicated to use.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly provides a platform where every employee can know the appreciation and extraordinary works of others, and such appreciation posts can benefit the firm. The courses and other educative skill training programs all gathered in one place can save a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

There are so many capabilities in Engagedly. The best part is that if you have suggestions or concerns about the system, they listen to you to make updates and make the system better. The integration with Slack and Paylocity were super easy. We had a couple of hiccups with the Paylocity one but the Engagedly team fixed it right up. The entire system is pretty user friendly and it's easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Building and assigning templates is a little bit time consuming, but other than that nothing to complain about.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is creating an automated performance management process for us and that is something we desperately needed. It's great you can just assign things and that it connects with your HRIS so that you don't have to build org structures within their system as well.

I like the fact that this platform is user friendly. It's effortless to navigate through the different prompts and fields. I can see the progress I am making while working on my self-review.

There's nothing that I dislike about Engagedly at this time.

It is our companywide talent performance review program that is used to monitor the progress of our goals and to get feedback from our managers. I like that I can add my comments and notes on my progress while getting to see feedback from my manager.

For organizations with limited personnel Engagedly's platform allows for ease of implementation out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Not so much a dislike but it is important for an organization at the beginning of implementation to have a great overall understanding of the entire platform and how it interconnects so that the organization can structure its process accordingly with ease and little to no impact to any pre-configured settings for already implemented applications.

Empowering HR adminsitrators the ability to configure and report upon the performance cycle with little to no intervention needed from IT.

Lots of bells and whistles.  Solid platform for performance management throughout the year so employees always know where they stand.  Includes regular check ins, goals, reviews and training.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

A ton of work to set up and build what is needed.  Without buy in across the org to set goals for every team member, understand what competencies each role needs, it is very difficult to get it off the ground.

It has forced us to set goals and have regular discussions with employees.  It has helped to keep on track with employee expectations.

The interface is user friendly and easy to navigate as it provides a clear view of options available for generating work flow plans for the year and it helps in organization of the work that has to be done throughout the year.

There is not much to dislike about engagedly however it can provide better personalisation options with regards to better and clear options for colour changes , theme changes etc

It helps in managing my work goals, short term as well as long term for the year. Also quarterly check-ins ,the reminders for courses relating to work is a very good way to improve work quality and manage time better.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

Everything. All reports and data are easily exported. I love how the Engagedly team was able to modify the tool to our company needs. Also the customer service is superb, whenever we have an inquiry, they always reply to us immediately and all concerns/questions are addressed well with full details.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Maybe just some limitations on the performance review side. But this is just minor, I know they will be able to improve their platform in the future with more features.

It has solved our dilemma on having lots of tools to manage. With Engagedly, we now have a one-stop-shop for all things that we need for our company in terms of engagement, performance reviews, and learning management tool.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

The best part is how easy it is to use. I am new to Numerator, and when I started using it, I was so happy with its user-friendly user experience. I also loved the UI; it is so simple, which helps you focus on trainings/courses.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

There is nothing particular that I dislike about the platform. Still, I'd suggest new features, like weekly best performers and appreciation posts from each team, to make employees happy and fulfilled at their work.

The learning part in engagedly is the best. It helped me learn about the corporate culture, CBID and so many other things about Numerator and it's culture and how employee friendly it is. Apart from it, it also helped me learn about new technologies that I am now using at my project. It helped me grow my knowledge.

I like the rating systems, suggestions and ease of updating. I love that the manager and employee feedback is in the same place -- this makes it much easier to reference in real time.

From an admin perspective it is pretty quick and easy to get going. Love the integration with SSO. The customer support team is fast to get in touch/resolve the issues.

With all systems it can take time to adjust to. That being said - most things can be edited/altered.

I like the learning module and how you can upload your own courses you have created. The learning allows you to upload documents, links, entire courses, and quizzes and has only improved since implementation.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Some of the features that come out seem too complex or they add too much to one module. The goals allows you to align and cascade but they basically do the same thing.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are currently working on the Survey module and allowing more customization that was not originally there. They are still working on the engagement survey to be customizable but did create options in the regular survey module that make it easy to just go to that.

The team, especially the implementation team, is amazingly helpful. Their customer service is above and beyond which was very necessary to us as this is our first system.

Some of the features in the learning and development platform could be improved but I feel like they've made so many positive updates even in the last year, so I'm hopeful all things will be smoothed out shortly.

I like how you're connected to everyone in the company so that you can share personal or company content for everyone to follow. I also like how you can set goals for your team members and track their progress.

Our company started using Engagedly this year, and everyone is still getting used to it. At this time, there's nothing to dislike or the need for any improvements about Engagedly.

At this time, Engagedly is helping me with performance reviews with my team on a 30/60/90 basis when someone gets hired, as well as annual reviews. Engagedly has everyone connected so that we can follow their progress within the company or praise them.

I most value the team member feedback opportunities and learning paths. These make it easier to share feedback with managers or team members to provide a collaborative effort for team member growth. The learning paths and learning library also make self-paced training so easy. I also really value the praise feature.

The course assignment automation was recently released and we were thrilled about it. However, it quickly stopped working.

It's a place where Managers can review their team member's performance without any hassle, keep track of their goals, can explore new things (courses), add additional reviewers and so many things that can be done! It's a dream platform for any manager!

The only problem with Engagedly is (that is I believe) the vibrancy. It could be more colorful and vibrant, apart from the some places it looks dull and pale so yeah that what I feel about it.

Only thing my team has noticed so far, is the inability to select multiple departments or business units with goal creation.

The are creating a user controls guide that better describes each permission that you can assign to a role. This will help me with system management while customizing roles to meet my company's needs.

The way goals are represented, including the key results linked to them, is super helpful. I can easily track my progress; self-set-up reminders help me check my goals regularly.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Comments are not linked key results so its hard to trace back which comment belongs to which key result. I would love to have comments made to key results belong to key results and not the overall goal.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparent goal keeping that is not only shared with my manager but that I also can share with my colleagues if I want. I can use the goals, key results and all comment to write up my yearly review report.

Engagedly is far better than other tools in the market; it is very easy to use and user-friendly for employees. The praise wall and goals-setting module are extremely good and have helped me stay responsible, and it keeps providing continuous feedback with transparency and appreciation.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Page response time is very slow, and there are some areas of improvement for example, some features need to be more customizable, such as home page font & color and messaging for birthdays.

This software has helped to solve all of our needs in the feedback, goals, performance and learning are exponentially higher. The reminder make is easy to keep our objectives in full view.

The ability to request reviews from others. In addition to my existing performance reviews this really helps me understand areas for improvement. Thanks for having that feature.

I can't really think of any downsides to using Engagedly. The only thing I can think of is that sometimes I get confused by what the various goals I have entered mean when I'm filling out the review. But that responsibility lies more on me to remember them.

I am able to understand areas for improvement and where I can help others within my organization. It allows me to be more productive with all the extra context I recieve.

Engagedly has prepared question sets for the person's review is the best set of questions.
Everyone can use it, and the employee can understand it easily. 
The shout-out parts are best.

It is not easy to navigate, sometimes it takes time to move to the next task.
Adding the Gaol section to the Quarter review has resulted in a somewhat unclear assignment list.

With so many options available in one location, Engagedly makes it easy to analyse annual performance reviews of employees. It also provides a learning platform that is ideal for career advancement.

Onboarding to the system was very easy. There is a lot of customization available.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

There  is an emphasis on "gamification" on the platform, bringing pseudo-social networking tools to the platform that most users will not take advantage of.

It is more streamlined than the antiquated performance management processes we moved away from. Performance reviews are easier to perform and provide more valuable feedback to the employee and employer.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

The tool is highly customizable, we were looking for a tool which can handle our performance management process. We wanted the tool to follow our process and not the other way round. Engagedly lets you do that.
Super easy to use and Engagedly is constantly rolling out new features and improving its UX.
And lets be clear - for the price you get the best value of all the tools we evaluated

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Sometimes, Engagedly loads a bit slow. Nothing too drastic but that has an impact on the overall look and feel.
Until now no SSO with Google possible, that would be a great feature.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly lets us run our performance management process - from goal setting to peer review, 360 Feedback until review and analysis. We have been using it as part of our new performance management process since 2021 and have done 8 cycles already. Super easy to set up (within 30min the cycle is set up) and easy for employees to use.

I like that it keeps track of my progress for the year, and also allows your manager(s) to know how you are doing thus far.

It can at times be a bit complicated to navigate. You can get lost trying in there when you have multiple promotions throughout the year and are trying to respond to the right manager's for your performance review.

Like my first answer, I believe Engagedly is solving the issue of not knowing or remembering all of the training and new platforms learned throughout the year. It is a good tool for helping yourself list all accomplishments for your annual review.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

In Engagedly, you can access all your goals, achievements, and check-ins. Its like a superstore where you get all the things/materials you need to survive. The most impressive part is the performance management, in many companies this is a considerable stress thing where they need to have open transparency regarding employees' performances and Enagaedly does this very gracefully.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

The only thing is disliked is the ratings in the performance section, when we set the goal and put key results as ratings it doesn't let me add pointers with decimals. I had to copy and paste it to get it done and that was very annoying.

Agile feedback across the organization, multiple uses for our staff (learning, surveys, and performance management). Employees appreciate the org directory for client work and tracking team changes.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

Default settings prevent managers from seeing previous feedback, account rep could be more responsive, support can only be reached via email ticketing. The different parts of the tool do not talk to each other (ex: linking courses for employee development in response to talent review feedback).

Supports global staff learning (including compliance training) and talent management for the organization. We benefit from Engagedly's reporting on surveys.

There are a lot of features Engagedly has, it is easy to use for the most part. I like the 360 feedback option, there is a lot of customization available.

Sometimes the way you have to do things to get a report or something similar doesn't seem user friendly. Clicking a random number to get a report printed etc.

We can customize 360 reports, add external reviewers etc. It is fairly easy for employees to use, the reminders I can send through the system are very helpful.

Engagedly has a web app with multiple well-implemented HR and Training functions, the employee and the employer have a powerful channel to communicate goals, display organizational structure, share responsibilities, deploy training materials, socialize,  and track achievement.

Navigation between sections and pages has some inconsistency, the move between goals and their related subtasks can be misleading. Some UI/UX flows could be better in the directory section and some other minor areas.

It is Like one Stop solution as I can find my performance update, feedback, Training material, and Contact info for others in my organization all in one place. Engagedly UI is also engaging.

So far my experience is good with the platform, There is a 3 dot icon under the home icon and it doesn't take me anywhere. I wonder what it is. Everything I need Is available as of now though.

Also, I have a suggestion. how about introducing an animated Character on the page? Maybe a Cat or something will accompany us when we are on the site. I feel it will be bit more engaging

When we looked for a system to handle and implement formal performance and feedback cycles we wanted an app that could get integrated easily into our ecosystem, Engagedly does that. Is also an app that has a lot of modules and is widely configurable to promote a performance base culture in an organization.

The UI can definitely get the benefit of a renewed and modern interface, which is something that have already started doing, is a company that seeks continuos improvement.

**What do you like best about Engagedly?**

I love how user friendly it is. I am happy to have a one-stop shop for all I need regarding my HR/Payroll, Time, and PTO request. The flexibility in the PTO request form makes it so easy to submit, change, and cancel any request I put in. It has been easy and straightforward to utilize it for the first time this year for benefits enrollment. I appreciate the ease of the processes and information within Engagely. I'm obsessed with the paycheck viewing portal and the design of it all.

**What do you dislike about Engagedly?**

I'm not too fond of the hidden options in Time and PTO, where you have to click more and scroll to the bottom to view additional links. It would be cool if they had more menus at the top - next to the headers.

**What problems is Engagedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagedly allows me to submit and view my HR/Payroll policies and documents more accessible. Easily view my previous request off and PTO balances. Allowing PTO banks' calculation and details is helpful when planning time off. I can also access the Paylocity app from my phone.
