Engagedly is a well-intentioned, great looking product that comes up short in some of the more advanced tasks that it is looking to complete. The people at Engagedly are seemingly wonderful...I think they may entertain us more than react to s, but that's another story. The goal setting feature is great and has worked to help evolve how our organization approaches goal setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Engagedly? For the purposes of how our organization utilizes the check-in feature, it is not very user-friendly. It is complicated that check-ins are avilable only three days prior to the due date but stay available for two weeks after. Also, it is difficult to pull reports to get the information we need. For example, if i were wanting to know which employees did not complete a check-in over the last 90 days I have to filter all the way through the completed ones - it is a lot of cross-referencing. I do also like that it brings in goal progress and feedback view automaticallly in the check-ins section for ease of view when writing the manager section of the perf. review Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Engagedly? honestly, the UI reads like someone whose second language is English wrote it. there are areas that are unnecessarily verbose and sometimes finding the "team view" is hard compared to self. the search function could also be improved. lastly marissa (their ai assistant) was largely unhelpful in trying to write reviews. Lots of bells and whistles. Solid platform for performance management throughout the year so employees always know where they stand. Includes regular check ins, goals, reviews and training. Without buy in across the org to set goals for every team member, understand what competencies each role needs, it is very difficult to get it off the ground. It's good for tracking employee goals and for performance reviews. I appreciate being able to switch between user and manager mode. I think we all thought the social part would operate like Facebook. Not as engaging as we thought. Having notification pop-ups would help to know when there's new content posted. I do like the idea of having a tool that can be used for almost everything related to Human Resources, people management, social network at work, Learning and development. The idea of having all these options is great - organizing a meeting, setting up One on One, leaving feedback, asking for feedback, building a learning path for yourself or someone else in your team, setting personal or team goals etc. I like the option for gamification. What I don't like is that the interface is not very friendly and the site is loading too slow. It is very hard to navigate through the sections and sometimes I need to go back to the home page, so I can go in another section.
