I like the point system for users as it encourages employees to engage with the rest of the team, give public praises and recognize high performers. Another one is the 360-degree feedback module is a good tool to use too, it helps automate the process and foster feedback culture in our organization and has the option to invite external reviewers. A lot is lacking when it comes to functionality that is usually a standard on other platforms, there's no ease of reporting, and the user interface is not very intuitive which makes it harder to train employees and requires a lot of guidance. The goals module was meant to be used for OKR but it still needs some work as it is confusing and not intuitive to use. We also wanted to maximize the Learning module, it helps to have a central place to access learning modules however, the features are very basic and a lot is lacking in the functionality and doesn't give you a quick snapshot of the learning journey of an employee. I like that it's pretty user friendly and I like the survey portion is pretty great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Engagedly? The main reason I use it is for performance management and they have not gotten this done. I am looking for employees to be able to submit goals through the performance management tool and get them approved- then submit results. Right now they can only submit results and it's a bit frustrating on their end and mine. It's a 2 step process- enter goals and them import to review but you can't submit.
