"All-in-One CRM and Email Automation That Saves Us Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

I mainly use EngageBay for managing contacts, email campaigns, and follow-ups. One thing I genuinely like is that everything is available in one place, so we do not have to switch between multiple tools just to manage leads and marketing activities. The contact management is simple to understand and creating lists or segments for campaigns is pretty straightforward.

I also like the automation part because it saves time on repetitive follow-ups. Even for someone who is not deeply technical, the platform is manageable after spending some time with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

There are a few areas where the interface can feel slightly crowded, especially when handling multiple automations or large contact lists. Some feature also take time to explore properly because there are many option inside the platform.

Email template customization could be smoother in some cases, but overall it gets the job done Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Email Marketing and CRM Made Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

What I personally liked most about EngageBay is that it keeps email marketing, automations, and contact management in one place without making things over complicated. I mainly use it for creating contacts lists, segmenting leads, sending email campaigns, and setting up follow-up automations. The interface is fairly straightforward so even non-technical team members were able to start using it without much training.

The automation builder has been useful for handling repetitive follow-ups, especially after form submissions or inquiry emails. I also like that contact activity is visible in one timeline, which helps while managing communication history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

There are a few areas where the platform can feel slightly limited compared to more expensive CRM's. Sometimes the email editor can lag a little while working on larger campaigns, and certain automation settings take time to figure out initially. Reporting is decent for day-to-day usage but I would l still like more advanced analytics and customization options in some sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using EngageBay mostly for contact management and email communication. It's been helpful for keeping our customer and inquiry data organized without needing multiple spreadsheets. We also create email templates for follow-ups and regular updates, which saves a good amount of time during busy weeks.

The email scheduling and contact segmentation features are simple enough to use without much setup. For basic campaigns and routine communication, it does the job well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EngageBay Automation Streamlined Our Follow-Ups and Client Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

We started using EngageBay mainy to manage inquiry follow-ups and email communication for our business. Earlier we were handling most things manually through email and excel sheets, which became difficult once inquiries started increasing.

The automation part has been genuinely useful for us. We created simple email sequences for quotation follow-ups, reminder emails and inquiry tracking. It saves time because I doesn't have to remember every follow-up manually.

I also like that contacts, emails, notes and tasks are available in one place. It makes it easier to check previous communication before speaking with a client again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

Some workflow settings took time to understand in the beginning. A few automations were not very straightforward during setup, especially when trying more detailed conditions. The mobile experience could also be smoother in some areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EngageBay Streamlines Follow-Ups with Powerful Email Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

We mainly use EngageBay for managing contacts and sending follow-up emails. Before using it, we were keeping most things in excel sheets, so it was difficult to track who replied and who needed a follow-up.

The part I use most is the workflow automation for emails. Once it is seup, it saves a lot of manual work. I also like that I can see previous emails, notes, and tasks inside the same contact profile instead of checking different places. The interface is also easier compared to some other CRM tools I tried earlier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

Sometimes the system feels a little slow when opening larger contact lists, and performing bulk actions and a few settings took some time for me to understand in the beginning. The email editor can also be improved a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
