"EngageBay Keeps Customer Info, Communication, and Follow-Ups in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

I mainly use EngageBay to keep track of customer information, communication and follow-ups. What I like is having these things in one place instead of having to manage the across different tools.

It took me a little time to get familiar with everything, but after using it for a while, I found it fairly easy to work with. The automation features are also useful, especially when I have regular follow-ups to manage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Drag-and-Drop Deals Pipeline and Scoring That Keep Opportunities on Track"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

The deals pipeline is probably the feature I use the most. I manage multiple opportunities at the same time, so being able to drag a deal from one milestone to another is simple but really helpful. It gives me a quick picture of where every opportunity stands without opening multiple screens.

I also like the deal scoring feature. I assign scores based on how qualified a prospect is, which helps us focus on the opportunities that deserve attention first instead of treating every deal the same. Adding notes, follow-up tasks, and reminders inside the deal record keeps everything together, so I don't have to search through emaisl or separate documents.

The interface ie easy to get comfortable with after a few days, and the pipeline view has become part of my daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

The initial setup look a little time, especially while deciding how to structure our pipeline stages and scoring rules. A few advanced settings were not immediately obvious, so I spent some time exploring before everything matched our workflow. Once configured, though I haven't had many issues. "Streamlined Contact Management and Landing Pages That Keep Workflows Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

The contact management feature have made it much easier to keep track of enquiries without everything becoming messy. I like that I can add notes, update contact details, and always have the latest information in one place. I also use both static and smart lists quite a bit. Static lists are useful when we want to reach a specific group, while smart lists automatically keep contacts organized based on the conditions I set, which saves time.

The landing page builder has also been a good addition. I use it for enquiry forms and campaign pages, and it is simple enough that I don't need technical help every time I want to make changes. The integration between landing pages, contacts and lists keep the workflow straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

The landing page editor can sometimes feel a little slow when making layout changes, and I would like to see more ready-made templates with greater flexibility. Apart from that I haven't run into anything that has has a significant impact on my daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Email Scheduling and a User-Friendly Landing Page Builder"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

For me, the email broadcast feature has been the most useful. I don't send campaigns every day, so I appreciate that I can come back after a few weeks and still know exactly where everything is. Scheduling emails is simple, and I've never had to spend much time figuring things out. I also use the landing page builder quite often for campaign pages. It's easy enough that I can make edits myself instead of asking someone else every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

The landing page editor can be a little show when I'm moving things around or making several edits in one go. I also wish there were a few more layout options out of the box, but it's not something that has affected our day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EngageBay Keeps Customer Info Organized with Easy Campaigns and Helpful Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

I have been using EngageBay for quite sometime and the biggest difference it's made for me is keeping all my customer information in one place. i don't have to search through old emails or notes any more because the 360-degree contact view usually has everything I need before I reach out to someone.

I also use contact management features every day. Keeping contacts organized, adding notes, and creating different lists has been simple, even as my contact database has grown.

Another feature I use often is email broadcasts. I send customer updates and follow-up emails regularly and creating a campaign is straight forward . Once everything is setup, it doesn't require much effort to send it out.

The support team has also been a postive experience. On the few occassions I needed help, I received clear answers without having to go back and forth multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

There isn't anything major that bothers me. Every now and then I spend a little extra time finding a setting that I don't use very often, and I'd like a few more options for customizing email templates. Other than that, my overall experience has been smooth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EngageBay Makes Broadcasts and Email Templates Fast and Consistent"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

I have been using EngageBay for our team for a while now, and the features I use the most are Broadcasts and Email Templates. I send regular updates announcements, reminders and follow-up emails, so having everything in one place has made the process much easier.

The email templates have been especially useful because I no longer have to write the same messges repeatedly. I created templates for common conversations and simply make small changes whenever needed. It keeps my communication consistent and saves a lot of time during busy days.

I also like that creating and sending broadcasts is straightforward. Segmenting contacts before sending emails is simple, which helps me avoid sending the wrong message to the wrong audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

The platform offers quite a few features, so it felt a little overwhelming during the first few days. I had to spend sometime exploring the interface before I become comfortable with it. Once I got used to it, though, finding what I needed became much easier. I would also like to see a few more modern email template designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EngageBay Streamlined Our Sales Pipeline with Smart Lead Scoring and Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EngageBay?

What I like most about EngageBay is how much easier it has made managing my sales pipeline. Before using it, I was juggling leads between spreadsheets and emails, and it was easy to miss follow-ups. Now everything is in one place, so I always know where a lead stands.

The lead scoring feature has been one of the most useful parts for me. It helps me quickly identify which prospects are more engaged, so I can spend my time on the leads that are actually worth following up with first. I also use the sales automation features to automatically assign leads, create follow-ups tasks, and send reminders. These are simple automations, but they've saved me a lot of manual work and helped me stay consistent.

The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so I didn't have to spend much time figuring things out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

Overall, my experience has been positive. If I had to point out one area of improvement, I'd say the reporting section could offer a few more customization options. The standard reports are useful but sometimes, I want to create more specific sales reports without spending extra time filtering the data. Some of the advanced automation settings also take a little exploring before you find exactly what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
