For me, managing data from multiple sources and maintaining a single version of the truth is critical. EngageBay consolidates data from various business functions (sales, marketing, customer support) into one platform. The CRM allows for tracking customer interactions, monitoring lead status, and storing historical data which makes it easier for analysts to get a comprehensive view of customer journeys and business performance.

To assist customers in better understanding their data, the app offers a variety of reports and statistics.

Customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but may not be sufficient for businesses that need urgent assistance. For instance, live chat or phone customer service may not be accessible.

After two years of use, I'm very pleased with EngageBay CRM. My CRM has greatly improved as a result of it. I like how user-friendly EngageBay CRM is. It is easy to browse between pages and functions because to the user interface's simplicity and clarity.

It makes sense. Using it has been easy for me. Outstanding customer service is offered. Always solves my problems quickly. They have really added features to their system to help me.

I lost almost two hours of work since my computer suddenly rebooted and emails are not automatically saved. Now that I know this, I will often save manually while working on longer projects. There is a learning curve, but I'm getting the hang of it!

They have done all they can to ensure that I can utilize and access their system. It's easy to use.

EngageBay is a excellent sales and marketing platform that every small and medium business needs. It is very easy to use, offers robust features and excellent customer support.

The only thing that I didn't like is that, they do not have an integration with MS Teams.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily manage my contacts by creating lists and send them newsletters with an ease. Also, I need to send a series of emails to my list of contacts. EngageBay sequences will help me achieve this. I can easily create a sequence with a series of emails with certain delay between each email and its done as the rest is taken care by EngageBay sequences.

**What do you like best about EngageBay?**

Simple to use and rapid. Everything is extremely simple. It includes all the features we require, including lead generation, automation of sales and marketing, Android and iOS applications, support ticketing, e-chat for visitors, and integration.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

Post-social programming is not feasible (you can currently simply watch your profiles, although technical support has told me that it is in their plan). Perhaps a monthly block of "no branded" emails and the inclusion of site statistics for each subscriber in the base edition might enhance the cost structure.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've experimented with many platforms (hubspot, sharpspring, active campaign, etc.) and spent a significant amount of money on them. Some of them seem unresponsive to requests for additional features, some have excessively expensive charges, and yet others have slow-responding customer service. Everything was lacking in every instance I attempted, but with EngageBay, there are no missing elements and the prices are really reasonable (plus, they offer a free edition so my consumers can test the product out).

**What do you like best about EngageBay?**

EngageBay was mostly used by me for email (broadcast emails, etc.) and contact tracking. It was simple to use and follow contact management. I thought the training films were great. When needed, the chat assistance has always been beneficial.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

The email templates were adjustable but only passably well. I had hoped for more diversity than what has been provided over the previous few years. The price is reasonable. Here is where I advise you to determine what you actually need and weigh it against the costs of alternative packages. I have everything in one on EngageBay, so you'll see that it's competitive, but I have to consider what I truly need and utilize for the price. Furthermore, note that you will have to 'warm up' and send a restricted number of emails when you first start. That caught me off guard and caused some delays for me.

The entire experience was excellent. EngageBay is in no way a subpar product. There are many of selections, and the customer service is excellent.

**What do you like best about EngageBay?**

I appreciate how simple and quick the site is to use. For instance, you may include your clients' logos and any other information you see necessary in the offers view. This is a really helpful way to get a fast overview of your company. Each account allows you to create CSV reports as well. The online help is kind, prompt, and effective.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

More customizable choices for the user interface and sales reports are what I would like to see. For instance, alter the background color, add your company's logo, and add reports from other departments. (A client hit rate report, for instance, etc.)

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our instance, sales and deal administration are handled by the CRM module. We utilize it every day as a tool for sales, win/loss opportunities, contact information, deal registration, and other things. The EngageBay platform gives us a quick overview of our business progress and assists us in tracking our objectives, activities, and corporate priorities. I heartily suggest it for small businesses.

**What do you like best about EngageBay?**

Although the program is excellent, the customer support is much better. When CRM is integrated, a business becomes highly reliant on that platform as it is difficult to switch to another and takes weeks to customize all the settings to your preferences. However, I can say that I will be a long-term supporter of Engagebay if this is the path the company is on (as far as I can see)!

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

It takes money to send emails, therefore I can understand why you would want to purchase email credits. You need to get your mail account warmed up. However, Engagebay excelled in integrating mail services from other providers, like Amazon. Setting it up takes some work, but YouTube is a great resource.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have looked at a lot of platforms. However, most integrations are either far worse or far more expensive. Contemplate Hubspot. Go there if you want to lose money. Active Campaign is an excellent platform as well, however it has a user cap or charges a premium. Engagebay offers the finest value in terms of price to quality ratio!

It has fewer native integrations, though we can use Zapier to connect it to other apps.

**What do you like best about EngageBay?**

I like the ability to create email sequences that sends the emails automatically based on the delay defined. Also it has the ability to import 25000 contacts at once which is a great feature. It offers various integrations like email validations using Zero bounce, sync with Hubspot, Zoom Meetings, Twilio, Ringcentral which makes life easier.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

Although  it offers the features of email sequences it lacks the ability to change the order of emails in the sequence. One needs to delete the emails and create it again. It would be great if they can add the ability to change the order of emails in the sequence.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EngageBay helps me to create a series of emails to followup with my clients using sequences and also has the ability to check for email opens and clicks and to skip the next set of emails based on opens or clicks.

I like that I can automate all of the time-consuming tasks, such assigning tasks and following up with clients, thanks to their robust automations.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

It is difficult to debug an automation with more than 20 nodes if it fails at a particular node since we have to see the whole activity to identify the problem. It would be better if they could provide the details of the node that malfunctioned.

Excellent so far; I've received excellent assistance when I needed it.

Among other things, the marketing automations, email lists, deal tracking, and funnels are all incredibly user-friendly. Email tracking was included to assist keep prospect conversations in one location, and setup was rather easy. Customer service is also very quick to respond by email and chat!

This is most likely not the CRM for you if you want to link it to a ton of devices or tools. Although it offers webhooks, it does not natively interface with the majority of programs (such as Salesforce or Hubspot).

When I started working for my current firm two years ago, I made use of Engage Bay for the first time. In the past, I used HubSpot and Salesforce. I had anticipated that switching to Engage Bay would be difficult, but it was actually rather simple. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, feature-rich, and intuitive. The best part about Engage Bay, in my opinion, is how simple it is to use. You will adore Engage Bay whether you are a seasoned user from another platform or a first-time user. The Support staff is equally amazing. Over the past five years, I've asked Charles a few inquiries, and he's always responded very quickly.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

I have two things that I don't like. 1) You are unable to copy and paste a screen grab into the Support chat! That irritates me a lot because it is pretty fundamental functionality and would greatly simplify my life. 2) No threading of emails! I would like to be able to thread previous emails in a sequence when sending them out, since this can increase open rates and provide context for the subsequent follow-up email. The fact that every email is brand-new and has no past data bothers me!

The easiest thing about Engage Bay, in my opinion, is how easy it is to design and run automation and implement marketing campaigns thanks to its user-friendly interface. I use it practically every day and run into problems pretty regularly, so the chat support is quite helpful and responds quickly. To send external emails, I combined it with Twilio's Send Grid, which significantly reduced the cost of my emails.

Lead filtering is a little challenging because smart list/automation lacks a few filter options. However, the backend team has already been notified, and they are trying to figure out how to code them.

We have been using Engagebay for almost 3 years now. The software is very user-friendly and easy to implement. The Software integrates with all our online channels - Social, Websites where we are using the chat, email feature, landing pages and form features to capture leads. 

The CRM has many features and leads can be generated into specific lists, which helps automate automatic and reminder replies and easy-to-create landing pages and emails. It offers lots of integration to our existing systems and the support is reliable and quick.

Overall the software has some very impressive features I only wish that the visitor tracking feature was apart of the package instead of it being added as a paid feature

Initially I had some issues while importing the deals as the process to import deals is a bit tricky but their customer support explaiined me the process and I was able to import them without any issues so far.

Pros: Extensive features at an incredible value and easy to use. Customer support response is amazing and communication is stellar. Feel like I havent even cracked the surface of what engagebay can do!

Time. As great as engagebay is, it’s hard to manage the migration project to CRM. It’s almost as if there’s too much available and migrating doesn’t feel intuitive.
