The platform is clean, easy to navigate and doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary complexity. It has streamlined our lead tracking and recruitment follow-ups significantly.

Nothing Major. A few more native integrations for staffing related tools woould make it even better.

EngageBay makes email marketing very easy and practical. Creating email broadcasts and campaigns is simple, and the drag and drop editor helps design clean emails without much effort. **What do you like best about EngageBay?**

I really find the calendar feature in EngageBay All-in-One Suite very helpful as it allows me to stay on track with calls, emails, and tasks, and my managers can see my progress. I also appreciate the deals section, where I can easily drag and drop through different stages, from initial stages to winning or losing deals, and it helps me update next steps and show my colleagues and managers my progress. Additionally, I love being able to create templates and my own newsletters in the marketing section, which is great for crafting newsletters for my marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

Overall user ability is not very user friendly. It's just a little outdated and comparatively clunky overall. If I wasn't tech-savvy, I would be having some trouble. The initial setup is manageable for tech-savvy users, but if I wasn't, then it would be a bit complicated because it's pretty clunky, and there's a lot of features that you think would be easier to use. The calendar feature could be improved with the ability to drag and drop things more easily, instead of having to delete or change due dates. The notes section would benefit from easier drag and drop functionality.

The automation feature has been especially helpful in ensuring I don’t miss follow-ups, and the CRM makes it easy to keep track of client interactions. Whenever I had doubts or needed guidance, the support team responded quickly and clearly, which I really appreciate. Their CRM, email, and automation features together save me a lot of time and mental effort. The CRM gives me a clear view of every contact and conversation in one place, so nothing gets lost. Email campaigns are easy to set up and track, which helps me stay consistent without manually following up each time. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and the interface felt intuitive. Overall, the onboarding process was smooth, and I was able to start using the core features pretty quickly. I mainly use EngageBay as my primary platform for CRM, email, and automation, which reduces the need to switch between multiple tools and makes my workflow much more streamlined.

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the email templates. They work fine, but a more updated, modern look would be nice. I have been using EngageBay for a couple of years now and what I really appreciate is how seamlessly it combines CRM, marketing automation and support tools in one platform. Their customer support is excellent always quick to respond, genuinely helpful and open to feedback.

There's not much to complain about, but I would say the reporting section could be a bit more flexible as it lacks customized reports  and also the the mobile app needs improvement.

As fast growing SaaS start up founded in 2020 , we needed a platform that could scale with our client base and internal workflows, EngageBay  CRM and email automation have been essential in helping  us stay organized and responsive . I especially appreciate how easy it is to segment users and launch targeted onboarding campaigns. The email builder is  intuitive , and the  automation workflows save us hours each week.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

The social media scheduling tool work well, but I'd love to see more advanced analytics especially engagement  tracking across platforms.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously relied on a mix of Mailchimp, HubSpot , and manual spreadsheets, EngageBay unified our marketing stack reduced tool fatigue, and helped us cut churn by streamlining client communication. Our subscriber list has grown by 40% , and our onboarding  process is now fully automated.

The affordability is another strong point, with a free plan covering 250 contacts and low-cost plans starting at $14.99/user/month, offering enterprise-level modules for a fraction of the cost of alternatives. Marketing automation and lead scoring are highlighted, with users loving the drag-and-drop workflow builder for setting trigger-based emails and assignment rules that enable instant lead hand-offs. The built-in email and landing page builder is praised for its simplicity, allowing users to create with a drag-and-drop editor. I don't use it myself, but here's a roundup of the pain points and areas users think could be better: Reporting & Analytics Depth feel basic with no drag-and-drop chart builder and limited custom metrics. Email & Landing Page Templates are limited in design and options. The Mobile App Experience isn't the best; it's a bit clicky and doesn't offer offline mode, with slow push notifications. Native Integrations are limited, needing Zapier for many connections which adds latency and cost. Automation Rules have quirks, with no visual flow map and delayed triggers. The Helpdesk lacks ticket hierarchy and automation. Custom Fields & Layout Flexibility are limited and need CSS hacks for changes. The Learning Curve for full stack can feel overwhelming, and support response time can delay free tier users. Pricing Jumps for advanced features happen quickly with the cost. Occasionally, there are UI Glitches, like the form builder losing drafts.

It's now been 4+ months since I first flagged issues with bulk hard bounces of emails to Microsoft email addresses (Outlook, Live, Hotmail and MSN) always due to "IP provider reputation issues" that have zero to do with my business's website - it is entirely caused by EngageBay's choice of email/IP provider. Support on fixing this has been band-aid at best, reversing the resulting block-send listings on a piecemeal basis only with no permanent solution in sight. Not only has that problem continued, but it's now growing, with many other types of email addresses now routinely hard-bouncing email campaigns sent through EngageBay. It's not only a problem for email marketing purposes, but a critical issue for any email automations built in EngageBay to be triggered upon a customer's e-commerce purchase. This lack of reliability has rendered those automations all but useless. 

I cannot adequately state how frustrating and disappointing I have found EngageBay's apparent lack of urgency in finding a permanent fix for this. The amount of time required to manually trawl through hard bounces on every single email communication is ridiculous. 

I can no longer in good conscience recommend the platform to businesses that are yet to invest in it.

Engagebay is an almost completely featured CRM and email marketing SAAS solution but at a fraction of the cost of all the dominant players. And Engagebay's support team deserves all the awards! They are real humans, are highly responsive, and really seem to care about   solving any problems users might come up against. What a refreshing experience! And I've found Engagebay very easy to use. In a time where the word "intuitive" has lost its true meaning in UX, Engagebay really does offer an intuitive experience.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

There are a couple of advanced features not offered by Engagebay, but they really are for once-in-a-blue-moon scenarios and I consider them more nice-to-haves rather than requirements. It's easy to overlook these couple of gaps when weighing up against all the positives.

By far I've found workflow automations to be the most valuable capability of Engagebay. Low-value administrative tasks that were being handled manually are now reliably performed through automations and it's truly been life-changing for this small business's founder.

EngageBay is an excellent CRM tool that is super handy for my SaaS business. It has all the bases covered be it marketing, sales, or customer support. Since I'm a beginner, the ease of use is the main factor I decided to try this tool. Also, the ease of implementation made my day to be honest. i use it frequently for my day to day business activities. It also integrates with third-party tools which is life saver. Not to mention, their customer support is top notch and they reply to every single customer email as soon as possible.

EngageBay is a solid all in one solution for small businesses or startups looking to streamline their marketing, sales and customer support without breaking the bank. The dashboard is user friendly, clean and intuitive making it easy to jump between marketing, sales and service sections.

It lags a lot especially during bulk actions and there is a lag in campaign stats.

It helps me create forms and email campaigns. I was able to setup a basic email campaign and a form with in an hour which is a huge plus for someone who doesn't want to spend days learning the new system. The drag and drop builders for emails and landing pages are straight forward and best part is that the templates are mobile responsive which is what matters most. The marketing automation features are a standout. I love the easy way to create workflows to nurture leads. It lets me track leads and deals in a visual pipeline thats simple yet effective.

One of the biggest advantage I have found with Engagebay is its intuitive interface. Whether your tech-savvy or not the layout is really straightforward and easy to navigate.  Setting up workflows and managing contacts feel simple. ihave noticed that Engagebay offers great customer support through live chats,emails,and a knowledge base.Their support team is responsive and i have found the articles in the articles in the knowledge base to be really helpful in guiding users through various features

While Engagebay offers email marketing the selection of pre-built templates is somewhat limited compared to other platform which may require more manaul customization

I really appreciate how engagebay combines CRM ,email , marketing, automation , landing pages , helpdesk and customer support all into one platform. It eliminates the hassle of switching between multiple tools and reduce the complexity of managing separate systems . The platform also allows me to create forms to capture candidate information and store them in different smarts lists automatically. Overall, all the features of EngageBay are helping me with my day to day activities.

I like almost everything in the CRM. The user interface which is easy to use and navigate. The email template builder which creates responsive email templates with in minutes using just drag and drop. The automations and workflows have made my life easier and which does everything automatically and the most important is their customer support which is highly responsive and ready to assist anytime.

Since I started using EngageBay I have not found any major issues with the product and the only drawback I found is their mobile app.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EngageBay have made my life easier. I can easily import thousands of contacts with in minutes into the CRM from a CSV file.  The smart lists will automatically add the contacts based on my criteria defined. I mainly used it for email sequences. It helps me create a sequences with a set of emails and just add contacts to it and it does start sending emails  automatically with the delay defined between each email.

EngageBay is an all in one CRM that offers marketing and sales features along with service desk and live chat.  After spending some time exploring its features, I have found it offers a decent range of functionalities along with good customer support.

The mobile app doesn't offer all the features of desktop and has issues with notifications.

I am using EngageBay to create forms and capture the leads. The form builder is easy to use as we can create one using the drag and drop builder. It helps me create an automation that gets triggered when the form is submitted and send the emails automatically. Also, the automation checks for the email opens and add the score to the contacts  and this score helps me decide how warm the lead is. Without EngageBay automations it would be difficult to find out who opened the email and add a score manually.
