I’ve been using EngageBay for a while, and what stands out to me is how much easier it’s become to keep everything organized. I like being able to look back at previous conversations and notes before reaching out to a customer. It saves me from starting from scratch every time and helps me stay consistent throughout the day. I also don’t find myself switching between different tools as much as I used to.

The platform offers a lot of features, and I didn’t need all of them when I first started. It took a little time to figure out which ones fit my daily work, but once I got comfortable with it, the experience became much smoother.

I use EngageBay almost every day, and one thing I’ve noticed is that it’s made my work feel much more structured. Instead of keeping reminders in different places, I can open the platform and get a clear picture of what I need to work on. I also like that I can add notes as conversations progress, so I don’t have to rely on my memory later.

I use EngageBay mainly to manage my lead follow-ups, and the sequence emails have probably been the most useful feature for me. Before this, I was sending follow-up emails manually and If I had a busy week, it was easy to miss someone. I started with one simple sequence for website inquiries, and after seeing it work well, I created a few more drip campaigns for different types of leads.

I also like that I can check a contact's email activity without leaving the CRM. Before I call or send another email, I can quickly see whether they've opened my previous emails or replied. It saves me from guessing where the conversation left off. The sequence builder was easy enough to pickup, and I didn't need much time before I was comfortable using it.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

As I added more automations and sequences, it became a little harder to find the one I wanted to update. Better filtering or folder options would make managing multiple sequences easier. Apart from that, it has been reliable for my day-to-day work.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My biggest challenge was keeping my follow-ups consistent. I used to rely on reminders and spreadsheets, and every now and then I'd realize I'd forgetten to follow up with someone. Now every lead automatically goes into the right drip campaign, so I don't have to think about who needs the next email. It has made my follow-up process much more consistent and gives me more time to focus on replying to people who are genuinely interested instead of keeping track of manual tasks.

Creating email campaigns, segmenting contacts and scheduling broadcasts are all straightforward. The drag and drop email builder is easy to use, and I like that I can quickly make changes without needing technical help. The campaign analytics are also useful for tracking opens, clicks and overall engagement.

The email editor can occassionally feel a bit slow when working on longer emails, and I'd like to see a few more modern templates. Other than that, I haven't faced any major issues.

I use EngageBay regularly to manage website inquiries, and the combination of landing pages, forms and contact management has worked well for my day-to-day tasks. Creating a landing page doesn't take much time and connecting a form is straightforward. One thing I really like is that every form submission automatically appears as a contact, so there's no need to copy details manually. It also makes it easy to check previous notes or conversations before following up, which has saved me from missing important context more than once.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

The landing page builder is easy to work with but I'd still like to see a few more design and layout options. The only drawback is that we need to create the mobile version seperately which is time consuming. It is better if the team work on this.

Keeping track of website inquiries used to be more manual, especially when leads came from different pages. Having forms feed directly into contact lists has made that process much simpler. We mainly use it to keep track of our candidates and clients. Having emails, notes, and previous conversations in one place saves a lot of back and forth. We also setup a few email sequences for follow-ups, and the email open tracking has been helpful because we know when someone has actually looked at the email before reaching out again. The contact management has been the most useful part for me. I keep a few static lists for regular campaigns and use smart lists for contacts that match certain conditions. Once I set those up, I don't really have to hink about them again, which makes sending marketing emails a lot easier. It feels much more organized than the way I was managing contacts before.

I use EngageBay mainly for email marketing and creating landing pages for our business. What I like most is both tools are available in one place, so I don't have to switch between multiple platforms. Creating email broadcasts is straightforward, and the drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to update content when we anounce new batches, workshops or activities.

The landing page builder has also been useful for collecting inquiries. I can quickly create a page, add a form, and start capturing leads without needing technical help. Once someone submits a form, their information is automatically available in the CRM, which saves time and keeps things organized.

The email editor occasionally takes a few extra seconds to load when working with larger templates. I also had to spend sometime understanding how certain automation settings work when I first started using the platform. It wasn't difficult, but there was a learning curve.

**What do you like best about EngageBay?**

I started using EngageBay mainly to organize my contacts and stop missing follow-ups from website inquiries. Earlier I was managing leads in spreadsheets and sending emails manually, which became difficult to track once the number of enquiries increased. 

What I personally use the most is the automation workflow section. I have workflows setup for inquiry follow-ups, reminder emails and lead assignments and it saves me a lot of repetitive work during the week. I also use the email templates and campaign features regularly for sending updates and promotional emails.

**What do you like best about EngageBay?**

We mainly use EngageBay for managing our marketing workflows and email campaigns, and it has been quite reliable for that. The workflow builder is one of the features i use most. It's visual and easy to understand, so settting up automation like lread nurturing, follow-ups, or onboarding sequenes doesn't feel overwhelming. I like that i can create conditions based on user behaviour (like email opens or link clicks) without needing technical knowledge. 

The email broadcast feature is also straightforward. Creating campaigns, segmenting contacts and scheduling emails is pretty smooth. It's not overloaded with unnecessary features, which actually helps when you just want to get campaigns out quickly. Tracking basic metrics like opens and clicks gives enough insight for day-to-day decisions.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

There are a few areas where it could improve. The workflow builder, while easy to use can feel slightly limited when you try to build more complex automation. Sometimes you have to find workarounds instead of having a direct option. And debugging a workflow takes hours as we need to go through each step.

It helps us keep our marketing activities organized in one place. Instead of manually following up with leads, we've set up workflows that handle nurturing automatically. This saves a lot of time and ensures consistency.

We use EngageBay mainly to manage our sales deals and pipeline on a daily basis. What I like is how simple it is to create deals and move them across stages without needing much setup. We have a small team, so having a clear pipeline view helps us quickly understand which deals need attention. I also like that notes and activities can be added directly to each deal, so nothing gets lost during follow-ups

Reporting is an area where that could be better. Basic reports are fine, but if you want more detailed insights, it takes some time to figure things out. Also sometimes the interface feels a bit slow when switching between multiple deals especially during busy hours.

I have been using EngageBay for around 5-6 months now for our career focused platform, mainly to handle email campaigns and manage our contact database. 

What stands out for me is how easy it is to use on daily basis. I usually create 2-3 email broadcasts per week and the process of selecting lists, designing emails and scheduling campaigns is quite smooth. Managing contacts, tagging users based on interest, and checking open/click rates is straightforward and doesnt feel overwheling.

It's helped me stay consistent with email communication without needing a lot of setup or techincal effort

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

In the beginning, I did spend some time figuring out how automation workflows work. Setting up sequences and conditions was not immediately obvious, especially if you are new to automation tools.

Also, the email builder works well overall, but sometimes making small layout adjustments or spacing changes takes a bit of trial and error.

Before using EngageBay, we were handling contacts and email campaigns in a more scatttered way, which made it difficult to stay organized and consistent.

The biggest advantage for me is having email campaigns, contact management, and automation in one place. Creating email broadcast is simple, and I like that I can quickly segment contacts based on different criteria. 

The automation workflows are also useful. I have setup a few basic sequences for follow-ups and lead nurturing, and it reduces a lot of manual work. The email tracking (opens, clicks) gives a clear idea of how campaigns are performing without needing any external tools.

I've used EngageBay for about a year to keep our recruiting pipeline from turning into a mess. The contact management is the best part I can see exactly when a candidate opens an email without digging through folders. The sequence builder is another bug win. I set up automated follow ups for our property manager roles, so I'm not stunk manually emailing dozens of people  every Tuesday morning. It's intuitive enough that may picked it up without much fuss.

The reporting can be slow. Building a custom dashboard usually takes way more clicks than necessary. Also the landing page templates look a bit dated they work fine, but they  won't win any design awards.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to bounce between different apps  for email and tracking deals our open requisitions. Last month during a big push for a new branch opening, having everything in one place meant no candidates slipped through the cracks. It's just made our daily hiring process much more organized.

What stands out for me is the workflow and sequence feature. I use it daily to manage lead follow-ups and ongoing communication, and it has made things much more structured. Setting up workflows is quite straightforward. You can define triggers, add actions like sending emails, assigning tasks, or updating deal stages, all in one place. 

Sequences are especially useful for nurturing leads over time. I have created simple email sequences for new inquiries, follow-ups after calls, and even re-engagement campaigns for older contacts. Once setup, everything runs in the background, which reduces the need for manual tracking.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

While the overall setup is simple, there is a bit of a learning curve when you start building more detailed workflows with multiple conditions. Sometimes, I feel the logic options could be more flexible, especially for more advanced use cases. Also managing multiple workflows, requires some planning to avoid overlap.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using this, most of my follow-ups were manual. I had to remember when to send emails, when to check in with leads, and it was easy to miss things. Now workflows handle these steps automatically. 

Like, when a new lead comes in, they are automatically assigned, added to a sequences and followed up at the right intervals. Tasks are also created for me when needed, so I know exactly when to step in personally.

This has helped me stay consistent with communication, reduce missed opportunities, and save time on routine tasks. Overall, it has made my day-day work more organized without adding complexity.

I do use EngageBay for a bit over a year now, mainly  for managing leads and running email campaigns. The CRM is pretty straightforward  i can track deals across stages without getting lost which was an issue for us before. I also like the automation part, setting up follow ups email after a lead fills  a form saves me from chasing manually . The landing page builder is decent to not perfect but gets the work done.

The interface can feel a bit slow at times. mostly when changing between marketing and sales section. Reporting is another area that could be better it works , but i sometimes have to dig around to get the exact data i need.

We actually moved Zoho and things  were quite scattered there. Now everything is in one place, contacts, email deals, it's helped us stay more organized and follow up faster which honestly improved our response time a lot.

The automation and workflow feature has been very useful for our day-to-day work. For our business, so there are always multiple leads, and client interactions happening at the same time. Before using EngageBay, a lot of follow-ups were manual and sometimes things would get missed. 

With EngageBay, I setup workflows for lead assignment, follow-up emails, and candidate communication. For example, when a new lead comes in through a form, it automatically gets assigned to a team member and a follow up email is triggered. Similarly, for clients, we use workflows to send reminder and status updates.

What I like is that once these automations are set properly, they work reliably in the background. It reduces manual effort and helps maintain consistency in communication.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

The automation builder is useful, but it takes time to understand how to set conditions and triggers properly. In the beginning, we had to test a few workflows multiple times before getting them right. Also, if you want to create more advanced workflows, it can feel a bit limited compared to more expensive tools, but for our case, it works fine.

The main problem it solves for us is managing follow-ups and keeping everything organized. In our business, timing is important, whether it's responding to a lead or updating a client. With automation in place, we don't have to rely on memory or manual tracking.
