**What do you like best about Engage121?**

I like the hot content and how we can segment customers into sections.

**What do you dislike about Engage121?**

The ads are very simple, they don't dive extremely deep in regards to targeting. It breaks pretty often and once hot content fails, it's tough to add again.

**What problems is Engage121 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the multiple postings and many clients.

The set up is tedious and the system often flakes out on what it is designed to do.
