Engage Talent has a lot of potential to help Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Teams. I enjoyed working with the feature where you could upload a job description to find candidates that match your needs. I also thought the salary data was very useful. Database was not nearly as deep or robust as advertised. Expensive and did not come close to replacing other services and tools in our existing stack.
