It is very difficult for business teams to put forward or map their process. Also, each and every time they cannot put up the business process. Hence it is very important to model the process and we used Engage process modeler. We wanted to manage our end-to-end monitoring process and engage makes it easier. Process span out from the legacy world to middleware application to ERP setup and each of the tools requires a different level of monitoring way. What do you dislike about Engage Process? Process modeling tools often are supposed to be used for gauging and mapping your business process. But most of the modelling tool requires integrations with various ERP setups to check if there are any issues or concerns, but it fails there. So we started using Engage modeler tool to map our processes, and then we started finding out our bottlenecks. And this helped us to solve this problem and getting our business process simple. And then achieving business optimization by closing each case. And with this, we were able to create a business process handbook for each of our functions in business value chain, and it was because of Engage process modeling.
