Engage is user-friendly when drawing a proces. The drag-and-drop functionality is realy great. You can easily move steps, which is sometimes quite a crime with other programs. You can easily create steps and add a lot of information. You can capture a lot of information at the organizational level which helps with standardization in your process descriptions. What do you dislike about Engage Process? What I still find difficult is that when you have recorded a process, you cannot display it that easily.
