The ability to connect and communicate with mentors about areas of development can be really informative. And the platform makes it easy to schedule times and create follow-ups about the discussion. It really requires an investment on both sides, and in my experience, often the people you would want to be a mentor have no time or interest in mentoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
