And the platform makes it easy to schedule times and create follow-ups about the discussion. **What do you dislike about Engage Mentoring?** It's more of a downside of the mentor and mentee relationship creation process than the platform itself. It really requires an investment on both sides, and in my experience, often the people you would want to be a mentor have no time or interest in mentoring. **What problems is Engage Mentoring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engage mentoring helps me connect with individuals who can give me career advice how not to be an SDR anymore. Hasn't worked quite yet.
