The reporting abilities are top notch and the guided simulations were helpful when employees got stuck on something. **What do you dislike about Engage by Maverick?** Overall, there is not much to complain about, except the old version was a little more user-friendly. I suppose the new design is more intuitive but a revert option would be nice. **Recommendations to others considering Engage by Maverick:** Make sure you let them know your needs and they will tailor your experience. **What problems is Engage by Maverick solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is helping us train our employees virtually with minimal headaches. Immediately after going active, we were able to put out the program for use. Employees really like the functionality. ### 2. It is used for pre-go-live training, refresher training, on-boarding and online, in-app help. This stuff ROCKS! **What do you like best about Engage by Maverick?** Maverick is able to customize both in the Oracle applications arena and outside on ancillary systems and is more than willing to work with its customers with what is best for them. **What do you dislike about Engage by Maverick?** Cant think of a thing. Best experience in this area that I have ever had in 40 years implementing systems. **What problems is Engage by Maverick solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are providing end-users the best chance to be successful and productive with their new systems early after go-live. ### 3. They had chosen Engage by Maverick for their training content. We developed Learning Paths for Oracle Fusion training rollout for about 500 employees across various finance departments. **What do you like best about Engage by Maverick?** The upgraded Engage Learn platform is awesome **What do you dislike about Engage by Maverick?** Engage Live is useful. But the Whatfix platform was a bit buggy. **What problems is Engage by Maverick solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oracle Fusion Finance training rollout. We were able to launch Fusion and train all required employees and the result was no finance control issues due to training within the first quarter. ### 4.
