It is not functional for leaders or training administrators, since when trying to keep track of trainings there are no dashboards or indicators where you can easily see what percentage of people have progressed and who is still pending, nor quickly visualize which trainings remain incomplete and for whom.

There is no way to see a training plan and understand its current status. This is a requirement in any ISO standards audit where knowledge or professional competencies are managed.
