Offers a good customer support. Have used it more frequently before. The features are very much excellent. Implementation is also very easy. The signatures of customers are easily recognised and are noted down by the software. I can keep the documents with me as long as I need it to. I very diligently have scanned all documents and saved on the computer. Farewell to random shovels from piles of documents or papers in the overflowing file folders. I am looking for do not come up in the search putting me in the position of typing in new keywords again or go to the folders separately. The best thing about the software is being able to organize and reduce document storage, and being able to access it online makes it very easy to store documnets. Its simplicity to use, setup, and OCR document as they are scanned in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ENet Docs? The Search Integrator part that allows you to select text in our ERP and search doesn't always see the selected text right. Recommendations to others considering ENet Docs: This software is easy to setup and use, it does NOT use SQL and is Web based. Getting documents into the system is as easy and copying a file to a special folder, Emailing, or Printing to a special printer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We can easily create our own workflows because the software lets YOU decide how documents will flow and where they go next along with any Emails you need to send out to someone letting them know a document needs their attention.
