**What do you like best about Enerjoy?**

I LIKE THE DATA THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED FOR EACH EMPLOYEE. MY TEAM LIKES THE CUSTOM FEATURE ENERJOY PROVIDES. THE OPTION TO SET YOUR OWN GOAL IS PHENOMENAL.

**What do you dislike about Enerjoy?**

SOEMTIMES IT GETS A LITTLE TOO COMPETITIVE BETWEEN OUR EMPLOYEES. THIS PROGRAM IS GREAT FOR THE OLDER EMPLOYEES. HOWEVER, FOR NEVER EMPLOYEES, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AS IT MIGHT SCARE THEM OFF.

**What problems is Enerjoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IN OUR ORGANIZATION, WE USE ENERJOY TO MOTIVATE OUR EMPLOYEES. WE ALSO USE ENERJOY TO SET INDIVIDUAL GOALS EACH QUARTER. THIS WAY, WE ARE KEEPING TRACK OF EVERYONE'S PROGRESS.
