**What do you like best about Smartflex?**

Open SmartFlex is a comprehensive tool that allows us to efficiently manage both commercial and operational processes, which translates into faster execution. Thanks to this system, we can quickly access all of our clients' information (invoicing, contracts, supplies, equipment, among others), it provides us with a broader vision of our clients and allows us to advise them in a timely manner and resolve any doubts they may have in a short time so they can make decisions more quickly. I love how we coordinate all customer processes, which allows us to create seamless, pleasant and smooth experiences. This system also gives us all the tools to develop strategies that exceed user expectations and facilitate better business relationships so they can be happy and satisfied. Open SmartFlex is an essential tool for us.

**What do you dislike about Smartflex?**

In our support department, we use four fundamental tools to carry out many of the processes related to our customers: Interaction Client, SIGT, SMQR and Open smartFlex However, we have noticed on several occasions that when using Open SmartFlex, the performance of these tools is significantly reduced. Open SmartFlex seems to consume most of the computer's resources, making it almost impossible to perform any processing. This forces us to restart the computer and restart all the tools, slows down the execution of operations and increases the online waiting time for our customers. All this can be annoying and inconvenient for both us and them, who want to clear a doubt or resolve a fault in their service.

**What problems is Smartflex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to improve customer relations and create new and better experiences in the use of services, so we needed to find the right tool to meet all our requirements; After implementing Open SmartFlex, our support, customer service and commercial departments are more agile and efficient because now we can coordinate all our processes in a convergent, accurate and real-time way and from a single system. We have been able to focus on the needs of our customers, and we now have different communication channels that have made the customer feel better attended to and satisfied; at the same time, we have been able to improve the quality of their experience significantly, we have achieved an exponential increase in their satisfaction, and we have avoided almost 60% of their desertion. With the use of Open SmartFlex, we reduced operating costs, generated much more new sales business and increased our productivity.

**What do you like best about Smartflex?**

Open SmartFlex allows us to provide better support to telecommunications and utility services; it already includes an excellent customer information system (CIS); Open SmartFlex is based on rules; it is a very flexible and robust solution at the same time and has a high capacity to configure new processes through intelligent workflows, I like their query methods such as fsus for contract queries and foec for statements because they are accurate. Open SmartFlex also includes in a single platform all the tools and processes needed to create unique experiences for our customers; all of them are at our disposal, allowing us to optimize business processes.

**What do you dislike about Smartflex?**

I find it annoying to identify a customer's service by address, as special characters must be used to separate the information. The process is often cumbersome and slow. Even so, we have had a great experience with Open SmartFlex.

We were looking for a solution to keep up with the changing needs of our customers; thanks to its ability to configure new processes using intelligent workflows was possible to achieve this; Open SmartFlex provided us with all the resources to perform omnichannel support and meet all requests from our customers and increase their satisfaction, save time and effort in the different procedures, which was crucial in our transformation.

**What do you like best about Smartflex?**

Open SmartFlex allowed us to improve all our omnichannel customer service operations, increase the efficiency of our work team (effective and agile management) and make it easier for us to create intelligent work processes. I like how innovative its functions are; Open Smartflex modernized all our systems, and the truth is that using this excellent tool, it is easy for us to offer a better service to our customers; its flexibility and perfect integration with CIS and CRM tools seems incredible to me, plus the fact that everything runs in the same database is fantastic because everything is updated in every commercial and operational interaction; which allows us to keep our processes aligned in the same direction.

There is nothing I don't like about Open SmartFlex and the specialized support service it offers, really the few problems that have arisen have been solved in a short time with Open's technical staff, who are the ones who have access to the source code of the tool; the truth is that they have been very timely and agile to solve them, so we feel very comfortable and grateful.

I like the idea of having everything under one software platform. I like the homogeneity of its architecture. Open smartFlex integrates all of our client's information, which allows us to carry out commercial and operational management promptly and in real-time, including sales processes, management of requests, complaints and claims, consumption measurement management, billing, collection, geographic inventory, supplies and field operations in the different networks. Open Smartflex has various modules that allow us to manage all the database processes executed in the server, allowing us to keep the information updated.

**What do you dislike about Smartflex?**

So far, our experience with Open SmartFlex has been favorable. We are comfortable using it; we have not had any significant or major issues that would prevent us from continuing with our work. This powerful tool works well; Open SmartFlex has met all our business needs and requirements.

By implementing Open smartFlex to our staff, our service and customer satisfaction levels are under control, and we meet the averages set by the company; our commercial and operational processes for customer requests are optimized; with the information centralized and updated in Open smartFlex, it is easier to make quick and effective decisions. **What do you like best about Smartflex?**

I am impressed by the robustness of this tool and the excellent functional and technical capabilities it offers; I admire the efficiency of its billing rules engine and the accuracy of the query methods. Open SmartFlex is yet another ally that helps simplify and streamline our work. Its flexibility, adaptability and scalability allowed us to include new products, such as Internet and IPTV services, while remaining autonomous. I also like how it integrates with other systems and exchanges information while maintaining integrity.

**What do you dislike about Smartflex?**

Sometimes Open SmartFlex is not automatically synchronized with other tools, which can generate a lot of confusion, for example in cases where the customer is up to date with his billing and calls to report a breakdown in his IPTV service, if Open SmartFlex has not been automatically synchronized with our incident management tool (GS and SMQR) and registers as not active due to non-payment of billing, the system itself does not allow any action to be taken, making it impossible to provide any assistance to the customer at that time; This, which can be annoying and cause impotence, is something that happens very sporadically and does not overshadow the excellent operation and performance of this tool.

Thanks to the implementation of OpenSmartFlex, we were able to consolidate better relationships with our customers, developed internal efficiencies to improve the quality of customer service, our operational process became more agile and we were able to provide customer service through different communication channels. This measure allowed us to promote better customer experiences and, therefore, greater customer satisfaction, which helped us to close new contracts and represented an increase in revenues for the company.

**What do you like best about Smartflex?**

I love the flexibility and autonomy it provides for product and service modeling, which makes it easier for us to include and offer new business plans quickly; I love the functional robustness and features that OpenSmartFlex provides; it allows us to offer multiple channels to maintain fluid communication with customers, it also allowed us to improve the quality of customer care and support, I love the customized self-service processes it provides, Open SmartFlex allowed us to improve the targeting and increase the profitability of the programs and products we offer in our company.

**What do you dislike about Smartflex?**

So far, I have not had any displeasure with the use of this tool, really the experience gained is quite favorable; Open Smartflex provides a long list of benefits for those who use it, it is like anything else nothing is perfect, and we have had some very minor inconveniences that do not overshadow its good performance, plus they have been resolved quickly thanks to the commitment of its team to solve any problem we may have, for this reason, I have no negative aspect to highlight, 10 out of 10 for Open SmartFlex.

We have been able to improve our service and customer service levels in the utilities and telecommunications areas (support department, customer service department and commercial department) since we have been able to make real-time consultations, which has allowed us to offer better (timely) advice and help to the customer, allowing us to maintain a better relationship with them and increase their satisfaction beyond what has been established.

Open SmartFlex is a robust and solid tool with excellent functional and technical capabilities; It is a fantastic commercial system that allows us to have a 360º view of all our customers and services; I love the efficiency and performance of the different configuration tools, query methods, management and analysis it provides, not to mention that it has a powerful billing rules engine. Open SmartFlex has helped us to improve the agility of business processes (commercial and operational), reduce time to market and foster a better customer relationship (increased customer satisfaction and decreased customer churn); Open SmartFlex transforms data into valuable information that allows us to be more accurate in making decisions all aimed at positively driving customer experience and generate a positive impact on the revenue growth of our company, it is an excellent support tool with an impressive reach.

We are satisfied with the use of this tool because the benefits we have obtained are incomparable, the performance, effectiveness, and flexibility that Open SmartFlex offers us are impeccable, we have not had any relevant inconvenience with its use, and the few we had were solved quickly with the timely support of the technical staff that open makes available to our company, the experience is positive, so I have nothing; bad to say about the service and operation of Open SmartFlex.

We urgently needed to implement a solution specialized in the telecommunications and utilities sectors (Telco and utilities), as we had approximately 800,000 subscribers in all our services, so it was necessary to integrate a mission-critical software quality for robust systems that was flexible and expandable, allowing us to manage our business processes in an integrated way, in addition to covering all aspects. Upon adoption, internal and operational efficiencies were created, our billing method is now more accurate, business processes became more agile, and customer satisfaction increased significantly, thus benefiting our company's productivity and revenue.

**What do you like best about Smartflex?**

It is a great holistic solution that facilitates the complete tracking of the customer journey (invoicing, service delivery, and equipment, among others). I praise its flexibility and scalability that this tool provides us to attend in an agile and effective way the different operational changes, and its excellent integration with CIS tools, CRM, and GIS systems, which prevents us from having to switch between applications to complete a process and most importantly, all on the same database and in real-time, which helps us in reducing processing times and execution of tasks. Last but not least, it has allowed us to achieve a 70% increase in operational optimization and customer satisfaction, because now we attend to and solve their requests in a more timely manner, really Open SmartFlex allowed us to be more competitive in our market.

**What do you dislike about Smartflex?**

I have noticed that it requires constant training and long practice times for new users to achieve greater agility and dexterity in its use, in addition there is very little reinforcement material available on the network which further limits learning, I consider it very useful to have more support material for beginners.

After implementing Open SmartFlex, we have consolidated and unified all our commercial and technical resources under a single database, allowing us to carry out more transparent and more efficient processes in invoicing, equipment inventories, purchases, and the availability of new services, among others. Now everything is at our disposal. It is no longer necessary to make those long trips through the management tools to obtain timely and updated information, currently accessing it is much easier; we can make any inquiry effectively and in a short time, which is why our customer service is now more timely, ensuring a high satisfaction of our customers, as well as we have avoided defections of our customers in a high percentage. Therefore it has allowed us to be more competitive in our market, the benefits that have been obtained are great.

**What do you like best about Smartflex?**

Thanks to Open Smartflex, we have been able to improve our processes and make them more efficient by automating them. This has allowed us to make faster and more efficient decisions that lead to the development of the company. In addition, Open Smartflex has helped us to deal with new business areas that have emerged after the pandemic by allowing us to effectively manage non-bank financing for our customers in arrears with their services.

The tool rarely fails to synchronize with other applications to which it is connected, particularly there are situations in which batch processes are executed and depending on the size of the batch, some customer contracts do not execute the defined actions, having to execute them manually, which causes unnecessary reprocessing delays.

Open SmartFlex is an excellent CIS solution, quite flexible and scalable, which facilitates and improves the agility and results of both commercial and operational processes, it is easy to use compared to other products on the market, it allows us to access all the information of our customers in real time for consultation, management and provision, it is quite extensible, and also facilitates the integration and management of different types of services (energy, water, sewage and telecommunications services), thanks to its powerful and robust billing engine allows you to create packages of different products and settle them easily.

**What do you dislike about Smartflex?**

So far there have been few problems with the use of Open SmartFlex, if we have noticed on occasions that the synchronization of this tool with other operational and management tools is not always done automatically which means for us to perform manual and complex query maneuvers that involve much more time in the acquisition of information, on the other hand there is very little information available on the network on the use and functions of this tool, which I think it would be beneficial to have access to more information to take better advantage of this tool as it has an impressive scope.

**Recommendations to others considering Smartflex:**

Open SmartFlex is an excellent CIS solution, quite flexible and scalable, which facilitates and improves the agility and results of both commercial and operational processes, improves customer service processes, as it provides detailed and real-time customer information (billing, procurement and requests among others), it is easy to operate, and also its learning curve is not steep so that only with an initial induction you will already be navigating the tool, Open SmartFlex if worth using.

Before using Open SmartFlex, the maneuvers to coordinate customer information was a challenge, since we had to make different queries in several tools, which generated more excellent wear of staff and longer management times, this affected the quality of our customer service, both operational and commercial, with its implementation we were able to integrate in a centralized way all the information of our customers (general information, consumption, billing, product packages, status, etc.), allowing us to synchronize it in real-time with other tools of daily use, facilitating its management or consultation according to the need, in a more agile, practical and effective way.

**What do you like best about Smartflex?**

It is a very flexible and efficient tool, it is easily adaptable, it understands all our commercial and operational needs, I really like the variety of configuration tools it offers and at the same time it allows us to add new functionalities. Open Smartflex offers APIs for easy integration and access to data from different platforms, integrates very well with other systems, allows us to manage the inventory of the network and the supply of products and services of our customers among others.

**What do you dislike about Smartflex?**

The only thing I dislike about Open Smartflex CIS is that it consumes a lot of resources and at the time it is being used it tends to slow down other processes being carried out on other applications, which can sometimes be a bit annoying when providing support to a client, because the response times can be longer.

**What problems is Smartflex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Open Smartflex CIS we have been able to integrate in one platform all the information of our customers, giving us a global view of their accounts, basic information and associated products (including detailed information of the equipment installed for the provision of the service), it also gives us access to any type of request registered in each of the services available to customers, this in terms of operational support, in commercial support helped us to simplify customer service, facilitate collections, tariff systems, consumption and billing methods.

**What do you like best about Smartflex?**

The most striking feature of the tool is the harmonious and seamless integration of all technical and commercial resources within a single platform which converge in a synchronized manner; resources are managed and allocated in a coherent manner and communication with other platforms allows real-time updating of resources in use and available for subsequent reallocation. On the other hand, the commercial module is linked in an integrated and detailed way to the technical part which organizes and manages customer billing.

**What do you dislike about Smartflex?**

Definitely the tool requires a lot of documentation and practice to make correct and effective use in addition to exploit its full potential which demands time for training, on the other hand on several occasions it has been noted certain details where the tool has shortcomings such as communication with other management tools, in those cases when the connection is lost between Open Smartflex requires that the staff that manages IT resources run the workflow which should be fully automated to normalize the task and correct that flaw, in my opinion is something that must be corrected.

**What problems is Smartflex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem was the reallocation of technical resources and network elements to simultaneous clients, which resulted in time and reprocessing for new assignments, delaying the installation of public services to new users. Open Smartflex basically automated this task by organizing simply and effectively the network resources and the duty to new clients while updating the database of components in use daily.
