What do you like best about Energy Elephant?

This is definitely the best way for us to take a huge set of data and create something meaningful out of it.It's not something I would ever review in this depth, but our account/support person Brigitag has been the pivotal person in helping us understand the product, the action plan for us to get the most out of it, and then how we can me using it to our benefit

The platform has a lot of promise and looking to roll out new features all the time, they take our thoughts on board and I love to see companies putting users at the forefront Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Energy Elephant?

What problems is Energy Elephant solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves a massive amount of time which previously would have been spent filing invoices, updating spreadsheets and analysing energy use. It makes it much easier to spot an increase in costs and consumption so you can take quicker action to reduce. It also helps with decarbonisation and setting carbon targets for the company. What do you like best about Energy Elephant?

Trinity College have 163 buildings and keeping on topp of the energy consumption and billing for all buildings is a huge challenge.

Energy elephant automatically gathers the consumption and costs from the utility billing platforms and presents them in a data-reliable and user-friendly graphic front end.

It has help me access data quickly and identify when consupmtion is going wrong.

Very little. All the team have been patient and informative throughout the process and we never felt it was being rushed over the line. The support that is given, as energy elephant, holds a lot of information; it can take time to get your head around it, but the support and patients of the team behind it make you feel more comfortable; the site is like a Jigsaw once information is fed in correctly the pieces all come together, the information it holds and what it can give you is so beneficial. "Delivering on the service promised"

What do you like best about Energy Elephant?

The software itself is really intuitive with a super simple upload process. The back end support is so reactive and really helpful.

What problems is Energy Elephant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Energy Elephant is providing us a Saas resolution to the tracking and analysis of the energy and water usage of the properties we manage. Without the system this would likely be stored in an excel which would be clunky, cumbersome and time consuming to use.
