Ene is designed to store, share and access files in encrypted cloud from any location. The principle of work is extremely simple! You choose one of 3 levels of protection. Only you decide how deeply you protect your files. However, remember that bigger protection will limit the usability of the platform while making it more secure. You can choose standard, protected or highly secured mode. If you choose standard mode, your encryption key will be saved in our caching mechanism for better user performance. In protected mode you will be asked for the encryption key every time you login to the system. The keys are removed when you're logging out. In highly secured mode you will be asked for the encryption key every time you try to upload and download something. The keys are dynamically taken to perform the encryption/decryption functions. After that just upload any files you want to the system. We give you a set of very useful options that help you to secure your files from different problems like: human errors, unauthorized access, PSD requirements. Our platform allows you to share files with other people. Team members and clients can access the files under the protection level you choose. You can invite as many other users to your platform as you need. You can set the permissions for people so they can see files or build just their own repositories. You can export the files with a click of a button. You can send one time links to people outside your organization.
