Having an extra space for people in the industry to learn is awesome, there are some super informative videos that will help your day to day at work. There are very few downsides to ENDVR, but getting retailers to commit the time to learning the platform has been our biggest challenge. Once they are onboarded, we've seen a ton of success. She's helpful, seems to always be available when we need her and overall a joy to work with. What do you dislike about ENDVR? Many of our retialers are "big box" stores. ENDVR is a little difficult to use with those stores, but it's my understanding that they are actively working on this! We use the platform to educate associates on our products and brand. The platform has also been helpful with incentivising associates to sell more of our eyewear! The phone view is extremely helpful as well so you know how your quiz/contest will look to your audience. We love being able to connect and engage with our accounts though this incredible app :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ENDVR? Sometimes the asset/image uploads for quiz/contests can be tricky with the size specifications being limited so we've had to stray from using certain images due to size. This is not a huge issue though and we've been able to work around it with using different images that do fit or taking screenshots of images and uploading them that way. It is allowing us to share product information to accounts that we have not been able to connect with otherwise for in person clinics and product knowledge. I love that the missions are very customizable and easy to create. What do you dislike about ENDVR? We've experienced some glitches here and there but the Endvr team has always been quick to help and fix anything needed. When we didn't have a large team of sales reps visiting our retailers as often as we would like, using Endvr was a great way to connect with them and encourage them to sell through our product. The thing i like best is the fact that i get rewarded with great deals simply for learning more about the products i sell, thus making me better able to help customers. It's a win win.
