The best part of ENDVR is the customer support. They are super fun to work with and always willing to offer support or advice to increase engagement. I also love being able to blend different mediums into learning missions. It helps so much having the option to use text, photos, and videos to engage learners. The app is not the most user friendly, but the staff is at your fingertips and they make the navigation of the app easier. I love how easy it is to track sales as well as incentives. Not only does it encourage staff to learn more about the products we sell, but it also encourages them to become more conscious of what they're selling and as they can track sales goals.
