Whether the purpose is education, driving sales via incentives/contests, or providing guidelines for POP & Store display. ENDVR allows the brand to interact directly with the sales floor. Better support for your retailer, better support for your rep, and more consistent brand messaging. **What do you dislike about ENDVR?** There was a bit of a learning curve with setting up accounts and making sure we were linked correctly to our retailers. I wouldn't necessarily say I disliked this about ENDVR, just something we did have to work through to make sure we were reaching all of our accounts. **What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business is centered around specialty retail, specifically, count & fill for sunglasses. ENDVR gives our business & sales reps the ability to not only push sales, but monitor inventory levels & create fill in orders. ### 2. It creates a friendly compettiton between stores, or even within them, Whcih leads to higher sales and a better over all culture. **What do you dislike about ENDVR?** The only thing I do not like about ENDVR is the my staff soemtimes if busy on thier phones uploading thier sales, when they should be working. But they are just excited! **What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** ENDVR is soliving and simplifing the sales conetst experience for ny straff. With instant gratifiactaion, ENDVR allows the assocaiate to manager thier own destiny, not the manager. ### 3. Great to way engage floor staff, rep agencies, and buyers to learn and understand brand vision and direction. **What do you dislike about ENDVR?** No real downsides in my opinion. We wish we could find ways to use it more to grow our breand reach! **What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sales Contests, Rep contests, understanding how our merchandising in the field looks. How we show up to the consumer on the retail floor. Educating the floor staff to understand brand mission and reasons why the products work! ### 4. They provide immediate help when needed too. Great company and great people. They can walk you through missions/campaigns and don't mind all the dumb questions that you hate to ask. (They're also receptive to critisism.) **What do you dislike about ENDVR?** It could be a slightly easier to review image submission on conctests... that's about it thought. **What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** putting out product in front of customers eyes who may not be willing to be involved with the brand otherwise. It's nice to be able to communicate with the frontline of the accounts who are psysically selling product. ### 5. We are in some remote locations, so being able to scale and reach all locations for our wholesale partners is invaluable. The user experience of the ENDVR platform is also why we continue to use them exclusively over other similar platforms. **What do you dislike about ENDVR?** Very hard to find anything we dislike about ENDVR. If we were to nitpick, maybe there is a quicker way to approve doors/locations that request to follow the brand? YMMV **What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** ENDVR allows us to scale and reach all wholesale partner locations. Whether the location is in a city, or a remote rural region, we are able to engage and educate thousands of sales associates at the push of a button. ### 6. It does not put pressure on the sotre manager/owner **What do you dislike about ENDVR?** MOst of the problem i get is stores that does not appear for the contests. I think it needs to be simpler to add stores/employees. Also, easier reach of the Customer support **What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is motivating the staff directly instead of having to do our own sales contest in-stores, most of the time, with products that doesn't fit the winners ### 7. It's so easy to use and the customer service is top notch. **What do you dislike about ENDVR?** That more of our lines are not on this. I'm sure if the lines that are not on it would love to know how optician's sell more of the endvr rewards line. **What problems is ENDVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We definitely have increased our sales at our office since using the app. ### 8.
