Coming from a fully manual QA background, I was able to jump in with the guidance of an Automation Engineer using EndTest. I would like to see more features around when importing tcs to have a more compact user friendly view, more selection options when you want to run tests on multiple Slack channels and choosing 2/3 of those Slack channels versus all or none. I have been using Endtest for 6 months. EndTest has been incredible for automating our QA process. The best feature is comparing visual differences of tests across time. This has allowed us to scale our QA process without throwing a ton of engineers or manual effort, and has saved us a few times from putting bugs into production. What I like best is the service, I've been with Endtest since February 2018, before they even had a mobile product and they have done everything to make sure my experience has been successful. I love utilizing EndTest's support team! They are very fast to respond and will coach me through each issue that I run into, and then explain it so that I have a better understanding for the future. I often use the support person's explanations in my notes and in training documentation that I write up for other members of my team so that we are all learning together. A few times I have reached out with a question that was not covered in the Documentation, and soon saw that the EndTest team added the question and solution to their site. This makes me both confident and grateful that EndTest as a company is constantly updating and perfecting their Documents section to be the most helpful and comprehensive it can be! None that I can speak to now. Most issues I have with Endtest are usually user-errors and speaking to the Support team clears those right up. I will say that the inability to rerun tests from the Results screen can be annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
