I find Endtest's support for various platforms like web, mobile, and API automation incredibly powerful and practical. It's great that it requires no code, making it accessible and easy to use. I really appreciate that the initial setup is perfectly easy without needing any code knowledge. Additionally, the support team is outstanding, with incredibly fast response times and critical assistance that's been vital to our team's success. My only minor critique would be regarding mobile testing since it relies on a browser's stack integration. It can feel a bit slow at times and requires an additional cost. Also, it cannot be used without emulators, and it should be more efficient and more supportive on the AI side, as most companies are dependent on AI these days. I have used Endtest for many years. The product has allowed our QA team to expand into automation without needing a lot of coding language knowledge. Support is amazing as well. I guess AI is really starting to take hold, and free tools like Playwright may end up pushing tools like Endtest out of the market. When I had a challenging test case and was going in a circle, I communicated with the support team, and Matt has been patient with me and walked me through the steps that helped me. I liked how they provided tips and because of that, I was able to gain more knowledge. There are so many things to like about Endtest, they may have some flaws but they are open to suggestions to improve on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Endtest? I think they need to enhance the surface. I noticed that when reviewing results to check who was the one who ran the test suite, I don't see any history of the user unless someone added a note that it's them. I think it would be great if they can add a history of who the last person who ran the test suite. Another thing is that, when I have a lot Endtest tab on, I sometimes get lost because when I review the failed steps it takes me to a different test case that I'm not familiar with and that I have to go back to the actual test suite to double check. I realised that Endtest is faster than other test tool app that I have used. At first I was struggling but I was able to get used to it. First off, learning how to use the tool was very simple due to Endtest's extensive documentation. Endtest provided our team a live training on the product, which allowed us enough information to teach ourselves as we go on. I love the detailed test results, such as screenshots, element inspectors, live video, and live results as the tests execute. I wish the tests were able to execute faster. The shortest tests we can write tend to take at least one minute to complete, making it hard for us to implement Endtest into most of our CI process. Specific to the mobile tests, I would love it if the mobile test recorder were a bit cleaner.
