**What do you like best about Endace?**

Always on capturing, remote management of probes and capture anylysis. The ability to aggregate captures from multiple probes. Support is also nice and friendly as well as helpful!

**What do you dislike about Endace?**

Expinsive devices, yearly support is very expinsive. Does require updates and misses data durring the updates.

**What problems is Endace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to pull up captures from 5-30 days (depending on the probe location) is an amazing way to monitor and reffer back to actaul data. Ability to play back traffic converstation, anylysing network issues or server/end device issues.
