Our techs and estimators can go into a customer's house and ask the customer what they call each room in their house...we then use the same room names as the customer. I like that I can generate multiple reports for different things, and being able to send out a text-link to homeowners and have them electronically sign and send back immediately, all the information and details you can add. Photos do not always load in a timely manner, there are some instances where I will be sending out a link to a homeowner to sign, and the homeowner signed it immediately but it never sent it back and updated on the website.
