"Great and robust alternative to ActiveCampaign with good customer support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Encharge?

This is a robust marketing automation platform that is a snap to begin using, has a lot of integrations with other platforms and is impressive, especially for the price. I had no problem jumping in and getting workflows created quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

Hope they add more direct integrations with other platforms, especially nonprofit-targeted ones instead of using Zapier and webhooks, though those are perfectly good solutions, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Marketing Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Encharge?

I use Encharge for marketing emails, and I appreciate the visual flow, which I can build easily without coding, just by dragging and dropping. The workflow automation is a huge benefit, making everything so much simpler. Also, the initial setup was really easy, which is always a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

I think the analytics for email performance could be improved. I'd like to see how each individual engages with the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible and intuitive email automation for educators and coaches"
5/5
What do you like best about Encharge?

We run structured personal development programs and use Encharge for all of our email automation needs. What I like most is how Encharge combines ease of use with the flexibility of a much more complex system. The visual drag-and-drop flow builder is intuitive and lets us create dynamic communication based on user behavior: opens, clicks, delays, or custom tags. Encharge easily integrates with our stack (Formly, Make, Google Sheets) and allows real-time syncing. We also appreciate the tagging logic and user segmentation that can trigger different flows. This makes the whole onboarding and training experience feel personal, without needing to write code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

Some analytics dashboards load a bit slowly, and I’d love to see native A/B testing inside flows rather than as workarounds. Also, more starter templates for common flows like reactivation or onboarding would be useful for new users. There’s currently no native WhatsApp integration, though this is not critical in our use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Replaced My Other Email Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about Encharge?

Encharge is one of the easiest email tools I’ve ever used. The setup is fast and the UI is super simple—there’s no unnecessary clutter, just what you need. I love how powerful the automation flows are; they work exactly as expected and are flexible enough for complex scenarios. One of my favorite features is being able to update flows on the fly without having to pause everything. That’s a huge time-saver and keeps things running smoothly.

The email warm-up process is also a big plus; it helped us ramp up deliverability fast. We originally moved to Encharge because of their email verification features, and the transition was incredibly smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

My main complaint is that conditional content isn’t yet available inside emails. I’d love to have more personalization options right in the builder. Also, having all emails in a single window can get confusing, especially as your account grows. It would be much easier to manage if emails could live directly in their related flows, with broadcasts kept in a separate section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Encharge is a cleaner, calmer version of ActiveCampaign without losing power"
5/5
What do you like best about Encharge?

The user interface is clean, modern, and so much more user-friendly than other platforms I’ve tried. I moved from ActiveCampaign and immediately noticed how much easier it was to navigate. The Flow builder is visual and intuitive, and I love that I can edit email templates separately without having to dig back into each automation.

Organising Flows and broadcasts into folders helps keep things tidy, and I love that I can still view everything in one place when needed. Being able to send emails in the subscriber’s time zone without upgrading my plan is also a big plus. Support has been fantastic. Vince is always responsive and genuinely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

I’d love to be able to tag subscribers based on link clicks – I haven’t found that functionality yet. There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, but it’s much less overwhelming than what I experienced with ActiveCampaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Slow Support and Frequent Errors Make Platform Frustrating"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Encharge?

Importing data from other places and being able to place that data into the people we already have in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

The support is really lacking, I text them and it takes like 2 business days to reply.

I been asking for a fix of a bug and they told me that in a day or two they will have it, it's been 2 weeks since then and the bug is still there (also they lied to me because they clearly did not fix it) .

Also the platform is constantly sending errors when working on emails so I have to reload the page a lot which ends up being very time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great alternative to more expensive options"
5/5
What do you like best about Encharge?

Encharge has a really powerful automations system that they call Flows. It lets you visually build automations with a drag and drop interface very similar to Active Campaign except that it's much faster to use making it a lot easier to setup. I haven't noticed any lag or loading times when building automation Flows out. I also very much appreciate being able to trigger events based on Stripe and ThriveCart activity. It lets me fully customize exactly what my customers receive when they make purchases, cancel their subscriptions, or make payments. The actions in the Flows builder are also really robust without having to pay extra for them like certain other ESP's. A huge part of my marketing strategy involves Facebook custom audiences for retargeting ads, and I can add and remove people from those FB custom audiences right here inside my Flows when they take certain actions like purchasing or starting a Trial. With that setup I can automatically remove buyers from retargeting ad sequences saving me money and preventing them from seeing my "closing soon" style ads when they already bought. If your business is based on appointments they also have a number of triggers and actions directly integrated with Calendly which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

My only complaint is that they don't have many native integrations. Thankfully they do integrate directly with my cart system (Thrivecart) and Facebook for custom audiences which are the big ones for me. But I would really like to see a direct integration with Thrive Themes. For now their integration with Zapier allows me to connect to pretty much anything but using a 3rd party tool and it's associated costs isn't ideal. You could use their form designer and embed it in your page but from my experience I just can't get their forms looking good or matching my page designs/style. "A good software for newsletters and email automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Encharge?

I purchased Encharge (https://encharge.io/) because I needed to send emails in bulk and was looking for an alternative to more well-known and expensive email marketing tools. The interface is simple and intuitive, and although I initially had some issues due to importing incorrect contacts, the support was quick and efficient in resolving everything. I was positively impressed by the presence of numerous integrations, such as those with forms to be inserted on the site, and the ability to create highly customizable automated flows. I'm still exploring it, but I can already say that it is a truly powerful and flexible tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

To make it work at its best, it is necessary to perform some technical operations, such as domain verification, but the instructions are clear. You cannot delete users from a segment in bulk. It is not very simple to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Software"
5/5
What do you like best about Encharge?

Encharge has changed the way I deliver email marketing campaigns to my clients. The automation process, or creating a flow, is very simple, and there's extensive compatibility with many platforms. The good thing is that they have a roadmap for further expansion. Email delivery is very efficient—I'd say much better than other, more well-known systems—it's a very reliable email delivery system. For me, a change from the previous platform I had is the integration with Shopify. It's a very well-designed integration with full compatibility, and it adapts very well to all the actions and triggers my clients need. Encharge is a real discovery, and I'm delighted with the tool. One of the most important things is the human team behind it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

Nothing. For me, there's nothing wrong with Encharge. I'm very happy with all the integrations, segmentation, and contact management. It's the perfect fit for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent for small business owners"
5/5
What do you like best about Encharge?

What I like best about Encharge is how powerful yet intuitive the automation builder is. I can create complex flows without any coding, and easily segment users by tags like language, product interest, or campaign. It's especially useful that I can manage multiple websites and target each audience differently. The lifetime deal made it a no-brainer, but the features are genuinely impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

While Encharge is quite powerful, it can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially for non-tech users. Some basic features like file attachments in emails or managing tags in bulk are missing or hidden. Also, there’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding how segments and tags work together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
