## Encharge Reviews
  ### 1. Intuitive Automation Builder That Saves Time and Simplifies Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wojciech G. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

The visual automation builder is incredibly intuitive. I can map out my entire customer journey without getting lost in menus or code. The platform focuses on clarity and it’s very easy to see where leads are, what triggers them, and how each step performs. The integrations feel reliable and onboarding was smooth. It just saves time.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

There is a learning curve in the beginning if you come from simple email tools. Some advanced options could use more tooltips or examples. The template library could be bigger. Nothing major, but you need a little time to understand how everything works.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encharge is helping me eliminate the scattered and manual approach I used to have to managing email communication and onboarding. Before, I had separate tools for forms, email campaigns, tagging, and behavior tracking, and none of them really worked together the way I needed. With Encharge, I can build one automation flow that handles everything — collecting leads, segmenting them based on actions, and sending the right message automatically.

The visual builder makes it easy to spot gaps in my funnel and lets me improve it without spending hours clicking through menus. The biggest benefit is saved time and clarity — instead of hoping my contacts go where they should, I can now see every step of the journey and adjust it instantly.

  ### 2. Powerful Automation Platform That Actually Makes Marketing Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet F. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

Encharge.io has been a game-changer for my business. The platform is intuitive, fast, and built for people who want to automate their customer journeys without needing to be a full-time tech wizard. The visual flow builder is one of the best I’ve used — clean, logical, and incredibly flexible, allowing you to map out multi-step automations with ease.
AppSumo
+1

One of Encharge’s standout strengths is its behavior-based automation capabilities, which let you tailor email sequences based on real user activity rather than just simple triggers like opens or clicks. This makes onboarding, lead nurturing, and retention campaigns feel personal and timely.

What I love most is how deeply it integrates with my CRM, payment tools, and other essential platforms. Once everything is connected, Encharge handles the heavy lifting: segmenting, tagging, nurturing, lead activation triggers, and sending the right message at the right time.

Their support team is also consistently responsive and helpful. Every time I had a question, I could rely on timely and clear guidance.

If you’re looking for an automation platform that’s powerful but still easy to use, Encharge is absolutely worth it.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

While Encharge.io is powerful, there are a couple of areas where it can feel a bit challenging — especially for new users. Because the platform offers advanced automation capabilities and flexible logic, there can be a learning curve at the beginning as you get familiar with the workflow builder and all of the customization options. Additionally, compared to some competitors, Encharge’s email template library is more limited, meaning you might spend extra time designing or importing your own templates rather than selecting from a wide range of ready-to-use options. These aspects aren’t deal-breakers, but they’re worth knowing if you’re just getting started or want lots of pre-built designs.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encharge solves one of the biggest challenges many businesses face today: turning scattered customer interactions into meaningful, automated journeys that actually drive engagement and conversions. Without Encharge, I would be juggling separate tools for email marketing, segmentation, customer tracking, and automation logic — which can lead to disconnected data, manual work, and missed opportunities.

At its core, Encharge centralizes customer behavior data and automates responses based on what my audience actually does, not just whether they opened an email. This means instead of sending generic blasts, I can tailor messaging and follow-ups based on real signals like product usage, sign-ups, link clicks, or even subscription milestones. The result is a smarter, more relevant communication strategy that nurtures leads, increases retention, and boosts conversions.

  ### 3. Revolutionary Visual Flow Builder That Powers Seamless Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mazhar M. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

The visual flow builder. It actually lets me think in journeys instead of campaigns – I can map out behaviour-based flows (onboarding, nurture, win-back, etc.) in a very natural way. Combined with the integrations (Stripe/CRMs/forms), it works like an “automation brain” in the middle of my stack rather than just another email tool.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the email builder – it’s perfectly usable, but it doesn’t feel as slick as the automation side of the product. Templates and in-email personalisation could be better. Also, once you’ve got a lot of contacts and flows running, some of the list/segment and reporting views feel a bit clunky rather than super smooth.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s basically become the “automation layer” for my business and client projects. I’m using it to run behaviour-based journeys instead of random one-off campaigns – onboarding, nurture, reactivation, trial to paid, etc. All the signals from different tools (payments, forms, CRM) feed into one place, so I’m not trying to glue everything together with 10 different Zaps. The benefit is simple: less manual follow-up, cleaner targeting, and more of the right people moving to the next step in the funnel without me or my team having to babysit every campaign.

  ### 4. Cost-Effective with Robust Automations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jong Hyuk P. | Doctor and Kid's Pastor

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

I find Encharge to be incredibly beneficial, primarily due to its drag and drop email building system. This feature is a game-changer because it eliminates the need for coding emails, which can often be a time-consuming and cumbersome process. It saves me significant time, effort, and money, as I don't need to hire someone for email coding. Encharge serves as a comprehensive solution by enabling everything to be done within a single system. I appreciate its ability to connect different flows and create complex automations, which allows for effective and sophisticated email marketing strategies. Additionally, the system’s holistic nature permits AB email testing, further enhancing its usefulness. The capability to automate tasks seamlessly means I don't have to worry about managing emails manually, offering peace of mind. Overall, Encharge's features collectively provide a powerful solution for efficient email marketing and automation.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

I found that the drag and drop email builder in Encharge lacks built-in templates. It would have been very helpful to have pre-made templates available. Although this issue is not a major one, it does make the initial setup more laborious. Creating a structure is more time-consuming when templates are not readily available. Despite this, the platform is still quite modifiable once everything is configured.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Encharge valuable for its email capabilities, allowing us to send mass emails and automate workflows. Its drag-and-drop builder simplifies email design, eliminating the need for coding, saving us time and resources. Additionally, it offers cost-effective solutions compared to Mailchimp, particularly with unlimited emails.

  ### 5. Flexible and intuitive email automation for educators and coaches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dubravko Z. | Founder / CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

We run structured personal development programs and use Encharge for all of our email automation needs. What I like most is how Encharge combines ease of use with the flexibility of a much more complex system. The visual drag-and-drop flow builder is intuitive and lets us create dynamic communication based on user behavior: opens, clicks, delays, or custom tags. Encharge easily integrates with our stack (Formly, Make, Google Sheets) and allows real-time syncing. We also appreciate the tagging logic and user segmentation that can trigger different flows. This makes the whole onboarding and training experience feel personal, without needing to write code.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

Some analytics dashboards load a bit slowly, and I’d love to see native A/B testing inside flows rather than as workarounds. Also, more starter templates for common flows like reactivation or onboarding would be useful for new users. There’s currently no native WhatsApp integration, though this is not critical in our use case.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend many hours each week writing and sending emails manually for our workshops. Encharge automated our entire process, from the first welcome email to weekly check-ins, motivational reminders, and post-course follow-up. It lets us track engagement, identify drop-offs, and personalize user journeys. We also use it to automatically tag and segment users who show interest in advanced programs, helping us plan future campaigns.

  ### 6. Encharge Surges Your Email Marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 💥SERGIO R. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

I like how Encharge leverages SendGrid + AWS for premium email deliverability plus they manage your emails sending so they monitor & switch email servers to maintain high deliverability and i don't have to connect any email provider to start sending my campaigns making super convenient for new & experienced users. I haven't seen any other platform providing this much value so that my email marketing efforts will be effective and not landing in spam. Especially with their email validator.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

I don't like how the events feature & transactional emails are only on the premium plan leaving SaaS owners to choose the premium plan just to get started. Also, not having the ability to replace the dashboard logo to be able to use Encharge as a agency allowing me to manage multiple accounts to under my branding.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the conflictions that arise when getting started in email marketing. I can create my account and get started right away vs all other platform having my connect a email provider or SMTP.

  ### 7. A hidden gem for marketers who want full control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josef V. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

The best thing about Encharge is its balance between simplicity and advanced functionality. The visual flow builder is one of the best I’ve used – it’s clean, intuitive, and lets me create complex automations without needing to write a single line of code. I love how everything is connected: email sequences, behavior tracking, custom events, and CRM actions all flow together smoothly. The native integrations (like Stripe, Calendly, and Typeform) are incredibly useful and save me tons of time. It’s also great that I can handle both marketing and transactional emails in one place, which simplifies my whole setup.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

There’s not much I truly dislike, but I think onboarding could benefit from more built-in flow templates or walkthroughs for specific industries. While the tool is intuitive, having a few more examples ready to go would help even more. Also, the reporting is solid but could be expanded with more filtering or custom dashboard options.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Encharge, I was juggling multiple tools to manage email automation, segmentation, and customer journeys. It was messy and time-consuming. Encharge allows me to centralize everything in one place – from automated onboarding flows to behavior-based emails and event tracking. This has made a huge difference in how I communicate with leads and customers. I no longer have to rely on custom code or third-party scripts just to trigger basic actions. The platform helps me save hours every week, improves engagement with my audience, and gives me peace of mind knowing things are running smoothly in the background. It’s boosted my productivity and helped me scale without extra tech headaches.

  ### 8. Seamless Email Automation with Great Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Encharge?**

What I like best about Encharge is its powerful visual automation builder. It makes creating complex workflows easy and intuitive, even for non-technical users. The integration with tools like Stripe, Zapier, and Segment is seamless, which makes automating user journeys and email sequences very efficient.

**What do you dislike about Encharge?**

What I dislike about Encharge is the limited selection of pre-built templates and native integrations compared to some competitors. It could also improve its user interface responsiveness and reporting depth.

**What problems is Encharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encharge is solving the problem of fragmented marketing automation by providing an all-in-one platform that combines email marketing, automation flows, and user behavior tracking. This has helped streamline our customer journey, improve engagement, and save time by managing everything in one place without needing multiple tools.
