What do you like best about Enablix?

It's extremely user-friendly and the search functionality is excellent. We have saved so much time finding the right assets when we need them with Enablix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enablix?

There's not much not to like about Enablix from my perspective. Enablix is constantly enhancing an already high-functioning product. On top of that, our Customer Success Manager has been incredible, proactively providing insights and always responding quickly with helpful responses (including concise videos!) when we reach out with questions. What problems is Enablix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving two primary problems with Enablix: 1) the use of old or otherwise outdated content (i.e., Enablix has allowed us to create a source-of-truth one-stop-shop for information, resources, and assets); and 2) the waste of time (i.e., we have been able to cut the amount of time customer-facing employees spend on administrative rather than revenue-generating activities). What do you like best about Enablix?

I love that everything is labelled and categorised - I never have trouble finding anything. The analytics are super useful too! Andee and JJ have been great Account Managers, I'm always looking forward to jump on a call with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enablix?

For some members of my team navigating Enablix, e.g. sharing microsites with your info, is not really intuitive. For me as a digital native it's fine but for less tech savy people it is a bit complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
