I like the insight tracking, microsites, and activity reports in Enablix because they provide powerful data about my prospects, helping me prepare better for conversations and focus on their interests and pain points. The search functionality in Enablix is pretty robust–enter a search term and the most applicable results appear. I find that search functionality is pretty poor on most platforms, but not so with Enablix. I also like the feature that connects your work email with the platform so you can send externally shareable content directly to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The file and folder structure is a bit odd. I wish the experience was more like Sharepoint documents for easier browsing. Or better yet, Enablix could be integrated with Sharepoint (or vice versa) and documents could be shared by/through both platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
