What do you like best?

Our product marketing team loves that Enablix allows for a hierarchical organization of content. We are able to upload a piece of content, where we can add an internal-facing description and an external-facing snippet, and tag it with labels that fit our workflows, ICPs, use cases perfectly. Then we can group content in content kits and content pages that can be nested. This enables us to distribute marketing materials in a smart and efficient way to the rest of our organization and our customers.

Our sales and customer success teams really love the external-facing content pages. Product marketing has provided them with templates within Enablix to build these content pages, which they customize with a customer's logo and access to various marketing, support, onboarding materials. Sharing the secure link to the content pages with customers allows for a seamless way to build their knowledge about our software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Currently, it's not possible to mix and match content, for example taking a few slides from one deck and combining them with slides from another deck. This would be great to really empower our customer-facing teams to create custom content, based on on-brand and pre-approved content, that better matches their needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are a fast-growing team, looking to implement a true content management system that comes with excellent customer service then look no further than Enablix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were completely blind to how our sales and customer success teams were utilizing the marketing materials that were available to them. Our library was rich with blog posts, product videos, case studies, decks, one-pagers, however, our reps were not aware of how much content there really was for them to use. By using Enablix's tagging system and organizing the content to fit the sales and CS processes, we helped reps to utilize all the content in smart ways to nurture customers and close deals in a more meaningful way. What do you like best?

If you have sales/marketing enablement content, Enablix is a great tool to help you organize, manage, orient, and distribute to the intended audience. In the past, I have seen tools such as SharePoint or wikis being used to address this requirement, and it didn't work for me. Enablix has identified a specific unmet need and addressed it very well.

Well-thought-out capabilities - Enablix includes features that have been field tested. As we evaluated and rolled out the tool, all of our highest priority requirements were fully functional. Examples include flexible taxonomy to organize content, ability to share content with customers and prospects using weblinks/emails, and built-in analytics to understand usage.

Excellent user experience - The user interface of Enablix is simple and effective. Our sales, marketing, and account teams find it very user friendly.

Easy to do business - Enablix is a customer-focused start up. Our experience working with their leadership has been great. They are willing to stand behind their product--something I appreciate a lot.

Expertise - Enablix added a lot of value to our thinking. As we started our conversations, it wasn't about buying a tool, but understanding what problem we were trying to solve. Gaurav engaged with us to help us think about the bigger picture and then connect where Enablix can help (and where it can't or shouldn't). This approach continues even after the initial launch--again, something I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing, so far that I dislike. As our adoption increases, we may need new features and I look forward to how Enablix develops its roadmap. For example, once our sales teams saw success, our talent acquisition teams also expressed interest in using the tool for their collateral. We need flexible ways to segment the content between different business units--we will evaluate this going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Enablix will not solve your content creation challenges and requirements. You need to separate your content creation (including collaboration) processes and tools with the content dissemination processes and tools. Enablix is great for the latter. It solves the "last mile challenge" with sales and marketing enablement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

To enable sales (and marketing) teams, we needed to create messaging, create content, collaborate cross-functionally, and share, manage, and deploy the content. Enablix helps us do the last part really well. It is a niche solution to organize your market-facing content and sharing that with your teams and then ultimately with your customers.

With Enablix we have a single source of truth when it comes to sales and marketing content. We can see how the content is being used by our teams and our prospects.

The biggest benefit has been to earn the trust of our sales team--they now know and trust what content we have, and find it very easy to find and use it.

Enablix will also help us keep our content current efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Enablix is very easy to use. The search bar and labels allow you to find assets very quickly, and organize the information in an easily accessible way. I also really like the analytics breakdown so we can see the materials that users are accessing most, and the materials that our teams find most beneficial. The tags are especially helpful because it allows our organization to search for assets based on specific topics. I also appreciate the updates on newly uploaded material that the platform lists on the right side. That allows me to view updates and additions very quickly. There have been times when I was looking for a specific asset or link to share, that I was able to find and use straight from Enablix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I would love to have a dropdown search option. Sometimes my search terms may not exactly match a label, so the results do not populate with all of the assets I'm looking for. If the system defaulted all of our labels and vendors/partners to a simple dropdown or filter list, that would be very helpful. In the near future, I would also like to see a feature that allows users to upload multiple files at once instead of one at a time. If I have many files that fall under the same category, I would prefer to select multiple files at once, and label and tag them all accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a great platform to invest in if you're looking to house content and information that your entire organization can have access to. For companies like mine that have a lot of information and content to share with our sales team, it's great to be able to add files and sharable content to one place that our teams can search through, instead of waiting on various email exchanges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using Enablix to house all of our company, partner and vendor sales and marketing assets. The platform is allowing us to have one place where anyone in our organization can find updated sales assets or marketing content to share or use. It's also very helpful that our vendors and partners have their own login to keep their own assets. This is very helpful when we're looking for updated partner information, such as logos, because they are then easily accessible for us. We do not have to wait for a thread of email exchanges to acquire the information or asset that we're searching for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Enablix offers

*Content management - There's a tagging system in place that we use today (could be optimized), plus multi-format/multiple content types to help us house our content and control versions pretty easily + archiving/deleting, de-duping

*Team Guidance - making it easy for anyone at UserZoom to locate content - things like content kits help us organize and surface content related to a campaign, revenue team, etc.

*Delivering insight - We have access to live data on the amount/type of content being downloaded and shared, we have access to an audit trail based on what users do, and have some coverage data so we can identify white spaces or overabundance

Keeping people up to date: Notifications are possible, which help for people that need them

*Shareability/Engaging customers - things are trackable if plugins are used correctly - Gmail etc.

Automations/Security - Connects to our website so blogs get posted immediately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

*Under content management - Tags are fine, but would prefer a filtering system where we could use multiple tags to narrow down the best piece of content for any one particular case

*Shareability/Engaging customers - content kits/sales playbooks in Enablix kind of look like everything else, which means it can get lost easily. I'd prefer it to be more..intranet like?

*To do with content quality - No user/customer rating system. It would be really helpful to gauge attitudes, rather than assuming the most accessed content is the most liked content (so like a star rating system for content, will help us keep things fresh), which version works better over another

*When it comes to delivering insight - From Enablix, we have data on the amount and type of content being used, but again, this doesn't really tell us what's good/not and what's creating $/what isn't Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best?

Coming from the marketing side of the organization, I liked how Enablix provides a matrix of sales content type and product. It allows a team to easily see where we have content gaps so that the marketing organization can fill those gaps. There is a specific screen that shows a grid of products and content types and then shows visually where we are strong and weak. This helps with sales and marketing alignment. Once the initial content is populated in Enablix, the marketing team can publish new versions of content and be assured that those are being pushed into Salesforce or Gsuite. Enablix has integration with both Salesforce and Gsuite that puts the latest version of the content in the tools that the sales team is using every day.

I also liked the sales page concept that allows us to build custom pages that showcase several individual pieces of content. This is a significant improvement over either sending multiple attachments in an email or sending someone to a page on our website.

I also like that Enablix is easy to setup and use. It is very easy to understand and it is fast. It does the job well without adding a bunch of complexity.

Finally, the team at Enablix is very helpful. They are there to help in setup and ongoing support. They know their stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We were initially looking for features that would allow dynamic creation of custom marketing collateral and sales decks. We looked at other solutions but didn't feel that the added complexity and cost really got us much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A more consistent sales process across the team. More engagement with the marketing content that we invested in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Love the Simple but very powerful interface. This tool does a great job of simplifying the search and access to all of our digital collateral. Once you have a good Tagging structure in place, finding stuff is easy. Being able to upload new content to share with everyone else is also a great feature. The requirement to have it approved by someone first is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Because the interface is so simplified, it can be less intuitive as to how to find stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The best part really is the support! HUGE S/o to Gaurav for being very active with our team and providing a real solution to our business challenges. They have been very responsive with everything our team needs.

The interface is simple and easy to use. The Enablix product team has really done an amazing job putting the UI together in a way that makes sense , with little training needed. This is important especially with adoption of new tools within our organization.

There is great functionality in being able to keep things private to the internal organization (great for contracts and internal training docs) , and the public sharing capabilities for external facing roles for the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, nothing. I'm very excited to see what the team has next for the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Adoption of new processes and allowing for internal sales groups to stick to the new process.

Enablix has allowed us to rethink the Sales Ops enablement strategy, and currently looking into moving a lot of training documentation for easy access for onboarding kits, or if someone just has a one off question. It's easier to train a team to search for the resource first on Enablix for self-help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Enablix, our sales team had a disjointed matrix of document storage options. We had a sales team folder in Dropbox, we had dozens of folders in the nightmare-ish file structure of Google Drive, we had a Marketing "intranet" in Google Sites, we had ops resources in Salesforce—and version management for all of it was non-existent.

The Enablix implementation has enabled us (no pun intended) to always have a single source of truth for our sales and marketing content. It simplifies how we tag, manage, and organize content, and provides valuable tracking for customer views. More recently, Enablix has deployed some high-value product improvements to the "Sales Content Pages," which has served as an essential replacement to LinkedIn's sunset Pointdrive feature—which we use to deliver content packs to our customers throughout every stage of the customer journey.

Additionally, Gaurav and the team have been an absolute pleasure to work with—they're helpful, responsive, and are able to support the diverse needs of our rapidly-growing saas company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There's not much to dislike—I'm a user of Enablix, not an Administrator, so I can't comment on any of the admin/management features. I scored it a 10 out of 10, because Enablix has solved every problem we've thrown at it. With any saas product, there are always some improvements that can be made to software UI/UX, but nothing big overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LinkedIn recently replaced its' Pointdrive feature with SmartLinks (a huge miss and downgrade), and we were left without a good option for sending content pages to our customers. We deliver content packs throughout different stages of the customer journey (i.e. sales collateral, legal & security resources during procurement, onboarding tips, targeted services offerings...etc.), and Enablix's Sales Content Pages has served as a fantastic replacement and upgrade—giving us an even more useful and feature-rich version than LinkedIn's Pointdrive. It's a big step up in functionality and utility for our customer-facing teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Enablix is a super useful and easy to learn application for sales enablement and content management. It is unpretentious but its features are right up there with bigger names, and they are updating the product weekly with even more advanced features like analytics. Set up does not take long at all and any questions or concerns you have are promptly addressed by Guarav, who is only just one email away. I would highly recommend this product and company to any marketing team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The platform works "out of the box" and provides all the workflows, content types, and user features required to efficiently enable our sales team globally with important sales and marketing assets. The search function is especially important as previously to Enablix, the teams struggled to find the most recent assets across our gdrive and corporate directories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Enablix delivered on it's product promise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Content enablement, across each stage of the sales cycle. Enablix has helped to make the right sales and marketing assets available to our sales team across each stage of the sales process. This in turn has ensured that all our content is leveraged to help pull customers into the sales funnel, accelerate the deal process by placing the correct content at the correct sales stage and de-risking sales opportunities by providing the thought leadership and related content that our prospects and customers expect. What do you like best?

- Information architecture is far and away the strongest that I've seen in a sales enablement platform. Instead of having to weigh the trade-offs between organizing your content by category (e.g., Industries, Solutions, Products, etc.) vs. content type (white papers, one-pagers, videos, webinars, etc.), Enablix empowers the admin (and subsequently, the users) by building a navigation system that can do both, and do it really well. If you want to search by Product, you can see all the one-pagers, brochures, infographics, videos, webinars, etc. associated to that product; or if you want to search by webinar, you can see all the webinars for every product available in one place. It seems like a small thing on the surface, but it makes for huge efficiency gains in the findability of sales tools and marketing collateral.

- The customizability of the tool allows for the entire experience to be designed around the established terminology and language of your individual company. Do you market to 'Industries' or 'Verticals'? Do you make 'sell sheets' or 'one-pagers'? You can establish naming conventions in the tool that are consistent with how you refer to them on your external website, to get everyone internally and externally speaking the same language. In addition, instead of having to rely on file types to identify a resource (e.g., PDF, PPTX, MP4), each content type can be labelled by the terminology as defined by your company. This way, instead of lumping every MP4 file together, you can clearly separate marketing videos from sales training recordings from public webinars, even if they're all technically MP4 format. This makes is much easier to organize and maintain content for the admin, and much easier to find content for the user. This also allows powers really useful admin tools, like the visualized resources Gap Analysis tool that shows you how many different resources you have for each particular category, to help you understand your content coverage and prioritize your future development efforts.

- The ability to leverage metadata to decouple content from their file names makes it so much easier to digest for the user, so they no longer have to sift through resources named product_X-sell-sheet_v3-2019-03-29.pdf; they can just look for the resource that is categorized as a sell sheet with the title Product X. Also, the ability to customize and define the metadata on a per-content-type level makes it really easy to provide the right information to the user for a specific type of resource. Sometimes a description is enough, but sometimes you need to add dates that an event happened, or a link to a gated URL (e.g., for public, on-demand webinars), or add information on something else entirely related to that specific content type.

- The powerful search functionality allows for easy resource discovery. You can easily stack categories, labels, and search terms together to drill down and find very specific resources for a very specific use case. And, again, all categories and labels are defined by the admin, so you won't get stuck with the horrible, bloated tagging system that every other content management system uses, which get unusable basically immediately after launch.

- The ability to have granular insight into sales engagement on the tool is a powerful aid in educating the marketing and sales enablement teams on what resources are resonating and what aren't. You can see every time an individual salesperson has logged in, which resources they've clicked on, and which ones they've shared. It's insight that you would never get with a typical content management tool.

- The licensing structure of the tool allows small and medium-sized business to scale easily. By not enforcing per-user licensing on the Partner Portals, companies don't have to worry about scaling up their sales channels for fear of blowing their tech stack budget. This ability was key for us in the selection process, and it helped enormously as we began scaling up two different partner channels for two different lines of business simultaneously.

- Maybe most important, the level of service provided by the Enablix team is unlike anything I've ever worked with. My very first call was scheduled for 45 minutes, but we ended up talking for 2 hours while I asked questions about the platform and chatted about sales enablement and product marketing best practices. Not one second of that time was wasted with the typical "sales qualification" steps that large sales teams implement with a barrage of BDRs asking useless questions and hiding any actual insight about the tool until "future calls". The authenticity and care of the Enablix team was apparent from the start, and never once wavered; in fact, I can't recall a time where an email hasn't been answered in a matter of minutes. They also genuinely care about building a tool that their users will love, and -- on multiple occasions -- have built and incorporated features that I requested only days or weeks prior. The continued development of the platform is very exciting; it's only been a year since I discovered Enablix, and it's already evolved enormously during that time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

- Like any young tool, there are some advanced functionality for power user admins that still needs to be developed, and a few small UI elements that can be nitpicked. For example, some admin actions aren't exposed in the UI yet, and while they aren't things that typical admins would ever touch, it would be great to open everything up in the UI for true self-serve functionality (that said, the team is incredibly responsive in addressing requests when changes need to be made). From a UI perspective, it's getting better all the time -- one example is that tool tips weren't very responsive last year, but that was already addressed in a recent update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are dozens of sales enablement and content management platforms out there. Some are terrible, and some are fantastic. We chose Enablix because:

- It allowed us to customize the structure of the tool consistently with our company's established terminology and naming conventions. We have a very technical portfolio of products that solve complex uses cases for a variety of industries. Because of this, it was essential that we simplified everything for our sales team as much as we could and take every opportunity to reinforce consistent language whenever possible.

- It is a really easy tool to use. A lot of sales enablement platforms have a lot more bells and whistles than Enablix. For some, could be perceived as a weakness of Enablix, but I think it's a massive strength. I had heard from many friends at other companies that sales never used their sales enablement platforms because they were "too much"; I felt like the simplicity of Enablix would help drive high engagement and positive sentiment from my team, and I was right.

- The tool was structured the way I think. I'd worked in product marketing with highly technical B2B sales teams before, and I knew the types of resources and training they needed. Enablix captured almost all of my use cases, quickly developed or roadmapped what they didn't, and introduced me to new things I hadn't even thought of (like content kits that package related assets together into one place for easy shareablility).

- It allowed us to scale without blowing our budget. The team is refreshingly transparent about their pricing, and they don't gouge based on per-user pricing for partners, which was a big concern for me when evaluating tools because we had a good size sales team (including technical sales engineers) with a large and rapidly growing sales channel. We couldn't predict how many individual licenses we'd need, but Enablix was very straightforward and I didn't have to jump through hoops or go back-and-forth in negotiations like I would have with other vendors.

- I knew right from my first conversation with Gaurav (the founder of Enablix) in June 2019 that I had found a partner I could trust to help me lay the foundation for the product marketing function at my company. We spoke the same language, we were equally as passionate about empowering users, and we both wanted to help each other succeed -- there were many times during the implementation process that I suggested changes that could help not just our company, but also every other company using Enablix, and the team quickly built or roadmapped solutions to those problems every time. The level of partnership and support was unlike anything I'd experience before, and I'm very grateful for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Building a centralized repository for all sales tools and marketing collateral that can be easily accessed by our direct and channel sales teams

What do you dislike?

Lead specific information is hard to consume, but we are working with the Enablix team to integrate all our platforms and find a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before Enablix we used to keep all our content in multiple folders in Google Drive, but now we have everything in one place and it's connected to our CRM system. Making it really easy for sales to share relevant and fresh content quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to find content and for our cross-functional teams to store the content that is most relevant for our roles. The ability to set up tags, search content, download, and now share with content pages, it's a game-changer. I also love how fast the Enablix team was able to move to meet our requests when we needed specific capabilities. I believe we created a new and specific use case for their solution and they were able to adapt and make things happen literally over a weekend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I've been in Enablix for over a year and everything that I asked about was resolved within a couple of days. I don't have anything to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If there is something you would like to see or use Enablix fore outside of what they have given you, they most likely can build it for you and that is where the tremendous value lived for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a company, we had files, decks, documents, and general links stored in 100 different places. Everything from Google Drive to folders on people's computers, to buried in people's emails and there was no consistency in what was being shared. We have a very strong sales culture that needs to be able to have the right content to share at the right time and Enablix has enabled us to have all of that content in one place and know that we always have the most up to date version. The content pages for us in sales have been marvelous. Being able to have a template with a number of assets or documents, together with links to videos, blog posts, or anything else, and have one single link to share with a prospect with which they can open, download, and simply view what I've shared. What do you like best?

Enablix helps us organize and distribute content to our partner users and scale our content investments. Partners are a big part of our revenue stream and we work with a number of partners globally. Before Enablix, we used to use cloud storage solutions to share content with our partners. The process was disconnected and we had no insights into the engagement from our partners. With Enablix, we have a central hub for all our partners to find and access relevant content for pitching our solutions. This has not only helped us improve our partner management process but also helped accelerate partner on-boarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are two areas where we would like to see improvements. Enablix does not support video content natively. That means, we have to host our videos on third party platforms and add the link in Enablix. It does take time for content adoption (especially for your partner community). To help with adoption, we would like to have more frequent communications from the Enablix platform than the currently weekly updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We want to keep our partner users updated with the latest collateral and information about our offerings. Enablix helps us organize the content in a central hub and share it with our partners to ensure consistency. Partners know that they can find all the latest and trusted content on Enablix. This has significantly streamlined our partner enablement process.

With Enablix, we now have visibility into individual partner user engagement. Plus understand which content is more popular with the partner users. This has allowed us to make informed content investments when it comes to partner enablement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I have nothing to complain about the tool or the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just, Go for it!! Gaurav is always open to help, the team always eager to listen to our opinions and work on new requests and functionalities. We are very happy with Enablix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Internally we always had issues sharing Marketing collateral with our sales team, multiple places used to share like Google Drive folders, Emails locally saved outdated files. We Enablix is easy to point people in the right direction and we can assure that all content is up to date. Plus we can add the contents they need most. Looking at the analytics we can make decisions in what is needed to be improved, removed and or promoted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Enablix's dedication to ensuring customers get the best use out of the platform is unrivaled. Every time I've asked Gaurav a question, he provides immediate recommendations...or often comes back and says it's not possible within the solution now, but give them a couple of days and it'll be built. And it always is; it's amazing. They clearly want the platform to be the best enablement tool there is; and I love how focused they are on working with their customers to understand needs and gaps, and agility to build new features and capabilities that address them at such a high speed.

On top of the incredible support they give, the platform is the best I've come across for getting marketing content in the hands of a global sales team. It's refreshing to not be contacted constantly by reps asking where a certain doc is, thanks to the tagging system they can easily find what they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Due to the tagging it takes time to get it right so at the moment it doesn't work perfectly for us; but Enablix is helping us get there - working directly with our reps to understand how they would want to search/find things so we can get the best results with the platform. Gaurav has also helped to set quarterly goals in terms of improvements we could make to how we use it, and offered to take a lot of them off our hands to make sure they get done.

Also, asset tracking can be improved as it's very basic now; and doesn't link with our Marketing platform/CRM. But again, this is another thing the team is working on for us and should be in place within the next month.

So I will very shortly be out of things I disklike; awesome job Enablix team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Building a one-stop-shop for all of our content across the business which helps a global team find all the content they need

- Replacing various different microsites/folders/locally saved files making it must easier to ensure all content is up to date

- Understanding how sales engage with content; and in turn how prospects engage with shared content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Easy to use and Gaurav is always tremendously helpful. He provides a supreme level of service. Absolutely love the Google Chrome extension to help salespeople identify useful content while they are on LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The brand new is not as well known as I'd like, which makes it slightly more difficult to secure buy-in from executives. Like any collaboration tool, success depends on adoption and integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure marketing and sales have buy-in before pursuing adoption. Also, a great tool for Sales Development teams that do a lot of LinkedIn prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Able to have my sellers easily and quickly identify messaging & content for their prospects while on LinkedIn. Before we'd have trouble centralizing our messaging and we couldn't have a uniform messaging strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Ease of upload and distribution to sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Limited functionality earlier. But a lot of new updates have fixed issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sales teams have always complained of not having a central repository to access assets (videos, datasheets, presentations, pieces of training, etc.). Enablix has allowed us to create a central repository that allows our sales teams to access them (within the ENablix portal and without need to download them). Additionally, they have the option to distribute assets externally to their prospects/customers which saves them a step to first download and then email it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The feature I like best about Enablix is the ability to quickly and easily find content using the search bar functionality. This makes it is efficient for our sales team to filter and find exactly what content they need using the tags we have set up in the platform, without having to spend time digging for resources.

I also have to mention the amazing support from the Enablix team. Their quick response and regular communication on how we are using the platform and how they can make it better for us is so refreshing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The fact that there is not yet a mobile app, however, is on the roadmap for this year and we're looking forward to that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Since rolling out Enablix we have provided improved visibility and increased efficiency for both our sales and marketing teams. Sales now has on-demand insight into the latest produced content and spend less time digging to find the relevant content to share with customers and prospects. Our marketing team now has a central place to promote new and relevant content to sales and partners and spend less time responding to repeated content requests.

Enablix has also given us a central portal for our channel sales teams where we have set up custom homepages to provide instant access to selling processes in addition to content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
