What do you dislike about Enablix? There's not much not to like about Enablix from my perspective. Enablix is constantly enhancing an already high-functioning product. On top of that, our Customer Success Manager has been incredible, proactively providing insights and always responding quickly with helpful responses (including concise videos!) when we reach out with questions. We are solving two primary problems with Enablix: 1) the use of old or otherwise outdated content (i.e., Enablix has allowed us to create a source-of-truth one-stop-shop for information, resources, and assets); and 2) the waste of time (i.e., we have been able to cut the amount of time customer-facing employees spend on administrative rather than revenue-generating activities).
