I have a dedicated account manager who is always available to chat through challenges and possible solutions. There is sometimes a challenge in getting our system end-users time to speak with the technical support team when an issue is raised, as they tend to be available evenings and weekends, and the team works office hours... but we make it work. We are able to track all of our customer data, consumer habits, newsletter comms, and email processes. This saves hundreds of man-hours as the system can be automated.
