I don't like that visibility of historical tasks can only be seen in Planner. It would be useful if Agenda can link tasks from recurring meetings so there is continuity of actions. What I like best is the seamless integration with Microsoft Teams. Agenda is built to function right where we already work, which completely eliminates the need to switch between different tools for meeting management. As with any new tool that requires team collaboration, it can initially require some training and discipline to get every team member to use the app consistently for all meetings. If not everyone contributes information and follow-up directly within Agenda, you lose some of the value of centralized meeting control. As the CEO of a company , it is my responsibility to prepare, carry out and keep meeting minutes from the board meetings. After the introduction of Enable 365 Agenda, this job has become significantly easier both for me, and not least all the board members. The fact that the solution also provides a simple overview of historical and upcoming meetings is a time saver for me. I like that I can add Agenda as a tab in a team, and it's not intrusive at all since the interface is very "Teams" like. It's quite intuitive and simple to use, and since we started using it, all of our meetings have minutes and actions items assigned while in the meeting! Creating meeting templates with agendas and participants saves time in planning meetings. The possibility to generate and send reports as PDFs directly to our intranet is also one of our favourites.
