Emtrain has content for just about anything that comes up. We use it for our annual compliance training and also small campaigns that come up through the year to educate our team.

They seem to have recently updated the platform, which I initially found very outdated, so I'm quite happy about that. I love that the interface is more intuitive, and the website seems faster to load. I also love the original purpose of Emtrain which is to provide a one-stop shop for all employee, manager, and leadership training, with flows that automate based on certain criteria, such as whether someone is a new hire and automatically receives new hire training, or if they're promoted to a manager and get assigned manager training. 1. Inability to alert administrator that a lesson has been recently or previously assigned.

2. Lack of flexilbility in permissions for admin users. For my larger departments, I'd like to assign one admin form that dpt. that would be responsible for adding or inactivating staff without the ability to do that for any other department unless given those persmissions.
