We use it for our annual compliance training and also small campaigns that come up through the year to educate our team. The customer service teams are amazing. They are always a phone call away, are willing to go above and beyond to find the best solution for your business. The content is solid and well put together. They seem to have recently updated the platform, which I initially found very outdated, so I'm quite happy about that. I love that the interface is more intuitive, and the website seems faster to load. I also love the original purpose of Emtrain which is to provide a one-stop shop for all employee, manager, and leadership training, with flows that automate based on certain criteria, such as whether someone is a new hire and automatically receives new hire training, or if they're promoted to a manager and get assigned manager training.
