I recently got introduced to emSigner and I gotta say that I immediately got hooked into its platform! The features like workflow automation which lets you assign users / signees in a more seamless manner. It definitely streamlines the process of document review, signing, tracking, etc. in a very legally compliant manner because they also have authentication and verification method like fingerprint biometrics or liveness checking to ensure the identity and that it is a real person signing and not a static image. I can't generally say that it's a downside for emSigner but I think some of the key challenges or may have a room for improvement for this technology is that it is mostly or totally reliant with Internet connectivity to have access to all of its features especially the workflow process since it may pose disruptions when you don't have a stable network connection.
