I have tried the trial version first before going for a fully paid version. I used it multiple times and I'm immensely satisfied with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about emSigner? Not that I dislike anything but I had 1 observation. In India, we have a choice to use any of the 3 authentication methods (v2, v3, etc) available for e-signing any document. However, the same option is not available for other countries like the USA. What problems is emSigner solving and how is that benefiting you? emSigner is a seamless method to obtain Digital Signatures when signing any contractual documents. Some of the features like the ease of its usage, adaptability across the globe and user-friendliness are comparable to the best of the best in the industry. The ability to initiate the document as "Parallel Sigantues" instead of "Serial Signatures" is a great feature when it is not required to follow a specific workflow for eSignatures. This tool supports our paperless campaign by helping to reduce paper usage. What do you dislike about emSigner? There are a few bugs that occur when logging in and navigating to the welcome page. I recently got introduced to emSigner and I gotta say that I immediately got hooked into its platform! The features like workflow automation which lets you assign users / signees in a more seamless manner. It definitely streamlines the process of document review, signing, tracking, etc. in a very legally compliant manner because they also have authentication and verification method like fingerprint biometrics or liveness checking to ensure the identity and that it is a real person signing and not a static image. I can't generally say that it's a downside for emSigner but I think some of the key challenges or may have a room for improvement for this technology is that it is mostly or totally reliant with Internet connectivity to have access to all of its features especially the workflow process since it may pose disruptions when you don't have a stable network connection. I specifically say it can really solve problems with regards to electronic signing of documents like PDF, Word, and others.
