Empyrean Systems is an AI implementation and automation company based in Austin, Texas. We help businesses put artificial intelligence and automation to work in their daily operations, in English and Spanish. What we do: - AI implementation: AI assistants, AI document reading and decision support built into the work you already do. - Bots for WhatsApp and Telegram that answer, assign tasks, send reminders and collect information for your team and your customers. - Business automation: we connect your tools, spreadsheets, messages and documents so the operation doesn't depend on someone remembering. - Business management systems: dashboards, client portals and custom software for operations, staff, billing and documents. - Mobile apps for iPhone and Android, published on the App Store and Google Play and maintained after launch. - Websites, online stores and client portals. - Servers and infrastructure: private and cloud servers, databases, backups, email and security. Proof in production: our WhatsApp AI assistant, Empy, works 24/7 with more than 30 truck drivers. It assigns loads, updates brokers, reminds appointments and files the BOL and POD paperwork. We also built and run Invitations, an event platform for wedding and quinceañera planners with WhatsApp invitations, live RSVPs, seating charts and QR check-in. How we work: before any work starts, we give you a written quote with what is delivered, by when and at what price. We build in stages so you can test real progress, and we stay on after delivery to maintain and improve what we build. Clients in Austin can meet us in person; everyone else by video call or WhatsApp.
