Once it's set up, everyone has an account, and sending rewards is as simple as entering their corporate email and the amount in US dollars. We can also send one-off standalone rewards, which is great for recognizing competition winners within the business. As both an internal user and recipient, I've found the experience to be quick and reliable. Additionally, the setup process is very straightforward, which is a big plus for our standardized onboarding process. **What do you dislike about Xoxoday?** My only gripe would be maybe the range of options. You don't tend to see the option to have a temporary prepaid Mastercard or Visa card, for example, that you can spend on anything you have to choose from one of the retailers that's included in the option. But there's actually a lot to choose from there. This will enable people with time constraints to have a good time without spending too much time. For example, being in Pune, if they could include an end-to-end excursion to Mahabaleshwar, that would be great! Time-effective! Or book cafe experiences could also be a good choice.
