Empromptu AI is a production AI platform that helps companies build AI applications that learn how their business works. Unlike traditional AI builders or generic model providers, Empromptu helps teams create AI applications that capture real usage, expert corrections, edge cases, and workflow feedback, then use those signals to improve accuracy over time. With Alchemy, Empromptu turns production AI workflows into custom models trained on how each business actually operates. Empromptu is built for SaaS companies, regulated industries, and data-heavy teams that need AI to be accurate, governed, and production-ready. The platform includes AI application development, data readiness, evaluation, governance, human feedback loops, model optimization, and deployment support in one system. Teams use Empromptu to build customer-facing AI features, internal workflow automation, proactive customer care systems, fraud routing, healthcare operations tools, compliance workflows, and other AI applications where accuracy, trust, and continuous improvement matter. Key capabilities include: Production AI application development Custom model training through Alchemy Expert feedback and edge-case labeling Evaluation and accuracy monitoring Governance, audit logs, and policy controls Data pipelines and workflow intelligence Deployment into existing products or infrastructure Ongoing model improvement from real usage Empromptu helps companies move beyond AI demos and build AI systems that get sharper every time they are used.
