**What do you like best about Emprez?**

Switched from another platform — Emprez is simpler and more efficient

We previously used another employee scheduling and time tracking platform and constantly ran into complexity and usability issues. After moving to Emprez, the difference was immediate. The system is much more straightforward and practical for real operational needs.

Managers can build schedules quickly, employees understand the interface without confusion, and time data is easy to validate and export. What used to take multiple steps in our previous software can now be done in just a few clicks.

Adoption across our team was smooth because the platform is genuinely easy to understand. It strikes a good balance between powerful features and day-to-day usability.

Emprez has helped us save time, reduce errors, and simplify workforce management overall. Definitely one of the best tools in its category.

Emprez is a solid solution that really handles complex needs, making it effective for workforce management. Their client support team very responsive and helpful, which adds to the positive experience. The team at Emprez seems committed to delivering a top-quality solution and ensuring it evolves to meet the needs of their clients. The initial setup is very easy, and Emprez's team is easily reachable when having questions. Additionally, it connects with the payroll system to keep it in sync and secure.

**What do you dislike about Emprez?**

There isn't much that doesn't work well, but what could be improved would be to add more functionalities such as the ability to handle other HR processes such as posting new job offerings and employee onboarding. That would be a great addition to the existing functionalities.

**What problems is Emprez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emprez solves the chaos in optimizing employee scheduling and improved visibility in time tracking. It's very effective for workforce management.

**What do you like best about Emprez?**

What stands out most is how practical and user-friendly the system is, without sacrificing depth or flexibility. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Emprez?**

Basically nothing, We tried several workforce and employee management solutions before choosing Emprez, and the difference is clear. Emprez is significantly easier to use, faster to deploy, and much more intuitive for both managers and employees.

**What problems is Emprez solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The interface is clean and straightforward, which made adoption across our team very smooth. Scheduling, time tracking, and employee management are all centralized and simple to manage. Compared to other platforms we tested, Emprez required far less training and produced better day-to-day efficiency almost immediately.

The only potential downside I could think of is that Emprez requires internet access.

Beyond improving schedule communication between managers and employees, it makes managing and staying within departmental hour budgets easier. It supports payroll management and gives us key data for accurate and precise KPIs.
