The power of the automation behind these workflows save our staff many hours. **What do you dislike about EmpowerID?** Appears that the organization is development oriented and not support oriented. Difficult to receive consistent, reliable support. **What problems is EmpowerID solving and how is that benefiting you?** Utilizing SSO and authentication into multiples resources for both internal employees (AD users) and external customers (non-AD users). RBAC for assigning automated permissions to resources.
