What I liked best about the empower platform was that it allowed me to input IEPs right within the platform. I was able to access all of my student data and one section of the site, but if something didn't exist within the site, I was able to upload it manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EMPOWER SIS? There were a lot of sight refreshing issues. The site would time out every now and then without notifying you of an activity. This would result in paragraphs of work not being saved. We, meaning several colleagues and I, learned to draft our reports in Google doc before inserting them into empower so that we didn't lose our data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The benefits of empower included having all student information in one centralized location accessible to people who shared students while still complying with student privacy legislation. I work with 20 employees and scheduling is a big task. This system makes it extremely easy to schedule everyone and takes requests in to consideration. It's great!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EMPOWER SIS? It sometimes doesn't schedule some of the employees with no time restrictions. What problems is EMPOWER SIS solving and how is that benefiting you? The system takes into consideration the business flow and sales based on last years sales. Also uses business hours and availability of the staff while making sure everyone has their allotted hours. The benefits of this program is that each employee is responsible for their requested time off and their availability for work. It takes the responsibility off the managers and onto the employees.
